I have been eating food from Tommy’s since they opened. And for the most part, their food has been very good. I’ve only recently begun to have a little bit of a problem with them regarding their prices. But I understand that as a result of the pandemic that we all went through, all businesses have raised the prices of most products that they sell. (Even though I feel that $13 for a gyro meal is excessive, but I digress) Yesterday might be the last time that Tommy’s ever gets a cent of my money. Not only was the gyro meal still the same ridiculous price, but they also decided to start using this really cheap tzatziki sauce!! I have only once had a sauce that was basically like water with cucumber bits. Needless to say, that other establishment hasn’t gotten any of my money anymore. But to be craving a gyro as much as I was last night and to be so disappointed was really disheartening. Considering the amount of money that is required to purchase a gyro meal, I think I should at least get the proper meal. I really hope that this is not a trend that is spreading throughout Chicago. Because I now have to find another restaurant to get my gyro fix from now

Food is good. The service not so good. When it comes to customer service, I like the cashier/ employee to be nice and not look like she hates her job. I used to be a cashier and I liked making the customer feel welcomed and comfortable. Barely any eye contact. It’s like I’m talking to a wall. 2nd time going there and the food is the only thing bringing me back.

This Places Is Good On Food Great Quality And Services. Just A Little Pricey On Certain Foods And Can Delivery And Dine In Very Spacey To Eat In With The Kids And Family’s And Friend’s Also Have Ice Cream Shake’s. Hotdogs,Burger’s,Gyro’s,Italian Beefs,Chicken Sandwich All Kinds Of Good Foods Mozzarella Cheese Stick’s. Only Reason For 4 Stars Was On Price’s!
