Hole in the wall diner, friendly staff, local college decor, could be cleaner. Seated quickly for breakfast. Football playing (different games) on multiple TVs on a Sunday morning. Busboy was very attentive. Food portions were large. Home fries and gravy were under seasoned. Home fries were cooked perfectly, but the lack of seasoning made them underwhelming. Omelet was well seasoned. Poached eggs were cooked perfectly. Prices were reasonable for portion. Parking was tight for a truck. Tesla charging station in hotel parking that is shared with the diner.

Hole-in-the-wall bar and grill with straightforward grub. We liked it and had good service!

It was lots of fun eating at Tommy’s Bar & Grill. The wait staff and everyone was great and the Sunday morning breakfast with eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon and toast was perfection. My husband and I want to thank everyone involved at the restaurant for a super delicious dining experience – a culinary delight. Yum! Thanks! Tommy’s has always been a very clean restaurant providing food service to people of all ages, life stages with different dietary needs. It’s easy to get to right downtown and there is outdoor seating too, in a covered area. Thanks again!

Great bar with a full selection of liquors and some gaming machines. Rather loud so don’t go if you want quiet. Bartenders have all been awesome.

I’ve been here a couple times and can’t recommend. There are similar diner type places around with better food and better service. The female bartender is rude, and not in a fun dive bar way. Staff also seem really pushy to get you out of both the restaurant and bar if you’re not a regular. Even if you tip well, aren’t asking much of them, or causing issues. If you want to be micromanaged and feel unwelcome, go here. Otherwise there are better options nearby where you can get good food and enjoy yourself without the attitude.

Don’t let the name fool you. Not just a bar and grill. Great little place fir breakfast. Good for order as well they offer a small breakfast buffet for those looking to grab a quick bite before a game or drive out of town. Prices are very comparable to other places as well. You will not be unsatisfied.

Tommy’s is a nice little bar and diner atmosphere. They have the bar separated from the diner area perfectly. Full of OSU memorabilia, and knickknacks that will have you looking around for minutes. I ended up getting the works omelet with home fries. The home fries had the perfect amount of peppers and onions mixed in with the potatoes. In my opinion it was a tad under seasoned with salt and pepper but all in all it tasted good. The works omelet was one of the better ones I have eaten. Packed full of bacon, ham and sausage along with peppers and sautéed onions topped with their gravy. Super tasty and very filling. You will not leave hungry at all. A place that I would go again.
