Authentic Italian place and it’s rubes you vintage European vibes inside the restaurant. Food was good, we tried pesto ravioli and shrimp pasta with alfredo. Both of the dishes had right amount of spices, quantity of entree is adequate for one person.

They’ve really tried to cook the food like an authentic Italian restaurant but it’s not quite there. We’ve ordered two pizzas.

Family-owned treasure of a restaurant in San Francisco. My fam wanted Italian food for the holidays and this is our go-to place. We ordered a half super deluxe/half sausage and mushroom pizza, veg plate, and two clam pastas. All were to die for + we ended up with tons to take home Parking may be tough but there are street/garage spots in the area.

Amazingly good wood fired brick oven pizza. I have never tried any other dishes because the pizza is just that good. Can’t help but get it every time. I live in Pleasant Hill and will drive to sf for no purpose other than to get their pizza. In the top 3 of best pizzas I ever had and am an 80’s kid so have had my fair share of pizza. If you haven’t tried it I suggest you do. Read an article saying they are looking to retire so trying to find the right owner to pass the torch. Wish I could afford to buy and fill those shoes for them.

Absolutely delicious Italian food! I’m already contemplating going back to get the same dish! Ordered the super deluxe pizza and fettuccine tutto mare. The pizza was stellar and the fettuccine had delicious sauce and was packed with seafood. There was a bit of a wait to get in but it was SO worth it. Also love the old school italian feel of both the staff and the dining space.

Went to this place for a friend’s birthday celebration and it was amazing. We were a large party of 16-18 people and the owners were kind enough to accommodate such a large group (outdoor seating) as quickly as they could. We ordered a variety of vegetarian and meat dishes and all were amazing (check out the photos). Pesto dishes were super fresh so highly recommend ordering at least one pesto dish. Desserts were amazing too, Tiramisu was a hit in the group and we ended up ordered 7-9 tiramisus at the end (loved it so much).

Tommaso’s is an absolute gem of a restaurant that offers an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The decor is charming and rustic, with exposed brick walls and cozy lighting that sets the perfect mood for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends.
