I ordered a pizza at 9:00 p.m. At 10:00. It still wasn’t here. I called and they said they didn’t have my order so they had only just started to make it. Said it would take 20 more minutes. By 9 :40 it still wasn’t here so I called again. They said the driver tried to deliver it which was not true because my son was looking for it and I was sitting here waiting for the phone to ring. They finally showed up almost 10:50 and when I opened the pizza, all of the cheese had slid to one side and was all over the box. Box. Immediately called the store and nobody answered because they close at 11:00

Have always loved tomato city, I dont live close by anymore so I always go out of my way to get my pizza here because I enjoy it that much. Haven’t been in awhile. Decide to order a pizza. Not only was the pizza literally double the price of what it was the last time I went there, but it was literally half the size of what it used to be. The thinnest pizza ever. So thin it didn’t even taste like the same pizza place. I understand prices go up sometimes, these are hard times. But within reason. You can’t double the price and half the serving portion. Very sad. Tomato city was my favorite pizza place. Now somehow Dominoes has a better pizza (shudders). I will say though that the gentlemen who worked there was extremely nice and pleasant. Fair is fair.

Watch out!! Poor customer service. Didn’t make my pizza correctly and overcharged. The girl loves to argue. Check your order and the price. Not going back. One star is one too many.

This place is usually good. Got the wrong pizza yesterday. Was totally wet and soggy. There is no way you put that pizza in a box and know its not right. Chicken Caesar wrap had dried out chicken. Total waste. Threw everything in the trash.

Very rude owner they make your food wrong and even with proof they still blame you and treat you horribly the food is good but I would not recommend going there unless you like getting treated horribly over a pizza

Great pizza and great deals. If you’re ever around and want some awesome delicious pizza order from here. My husband loves there toxic waste sauce. He is into hot things like that. But this is the only place that has it and makes his pizza with it instead of tomatoe sauce.
