Really enjoyed my visit a month ago. Was craving hibachi and this hit the spot and had plenty of food extra rice and portions and food was so hot and delicious. I just had a huge craving for the last few days for some more. Super sad to see it closes temporarily which usually ends up being permanent. I would love to be your last customer if this is the case.

I just ordered some food and I knew it smelled different I knew it did!! That’s not real meat that doesn’t even look like steak the rice is orange and gooey this is not Tokyo’s food it’s just not it may say Tokyo’s to go but this is not Tokyo’s food it’s sweet Tokyo’s food was not sweet it had a sweet hint but this is drizzled with some sort of sweet something I got five vegetables that was it the soup is hot and spicy Tokyo’s soup was never spicy it tasted like mushroom not spicy beef I will never eat here again my food taste like garlic Tokyo’s food had an amazing flavor this tastes nothing like Tokyo’s y’all shouldn’t even be named Tokyo’s!!!

We tried this for the first time last night and were very pleasantly surprised! It was absolutely delicious fresh and just as good for leftovers today. And boy do we have a bunch of leftovers! Very generous portions. Will definitely be back!

Update on my review: I hadn’t tried it since eating there my last review and went again for lunch today. Food was better cooked the rice had the flavor they were previously missing. I think my new rating for them is a 5. If you compare to hibachi express which is more along the same lines of what is provided here I think it’s safe to say they are exceeding those standards.

Salad is the same salad you buy at United. Maybe add fresh tomatoes or cucumbers to make or feel more valuable. Teriyaki chicken was the frozen fajita chicken you get at United. Small Chewy pieces. Maybe use fresh chicken. Wont order again

I will never eat here again I was so excited to see Tokyo we love Tokyo so I ordered food got it home which I live 20 miles away it was the nastiest thing I had ever ate the meat was tough and sweet tasting the Rice was nasty it was not Tokyo did not taste like Tokyo I’ve spent 35 bucks for nothing it was gross we didn’t even Eat it I would not recommend this place to anyone
