Great place for lunch! I really like grilled veggies, salmon and sushi rolls. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable and the prices are affordable. A little slow but worth the wait. I’ll definitely be back.

Great experience! Customer service was special. Very friendly and helpful. Food was outstanding. Basic Teriyaki Bowl had generous helpings of everything, including the freshest, crispest vegetables I have been served anywhere, ever! Fun selection of iced teas, too! One of my newest favorite places to order take out.

Never been to a Tokyo Joe’s before this. Good food, great service. I didn’t know they close at 6:05 (Google says 7:05) and they prepared some food for us even though they were closing in 20. They even cooked up fresh tofu as opposed to juat telling us they were out. We still jetted out at 6:05 but the staff was very inviting and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I’ve been here a few times during my lunch hour. The food is pretty good, my favorite is the MoJOE bowl. One star off because I often make some requests like no onions or change the meat type and they almost always don’t add my request to the receipt so I have to be a little pushy to make sure the bowls are made how I like it.

This is the first EVER review I can recall writing. I felt compelled considering just how AWFUL this location really is. When an establishment gets really busy, it is expected that as a patron I will need to wait a little longer before my food is ready. I get it. But when I can’t get a basic item off of their menu (nothing custom about the order) within 30-45 minutes, I take issue. When the management attempts to make it better by giving me coupons to come back and “enjoy” another salty excuse for an appetizer ‘on-the-house’ as an apology, I almost reach a place of forgiveness; almost. However, when this happens time after time after time, the coupons are an insult and the behavior is unjustifiable. I’m the insane one for imbibing in this restaurant shaped garbage pile over and over again expecting a different result. Once, is an incident. Twice is a coincidence. Three times is a pattern of behavior. I will never be back to any Tokyo Joe’s location, but will make a special point of steering my friends and colleagues away from this one at a minimum. I give you one star because I can’t give 0, and may God have mercy on your soul.

This Tokyo Joe’s is literally in the middle of a busy business district; so it can get busy during lunch hours. Later in the day, or around holidays it’s nice and quiet. If you drive, parking is convenient. The staff is nice and welcoming.

Definitely a localized Japanese-like food place, but that is okay! Food is cooked with very little grease and taste quite acceptable for being so healthy. Top your brown rice bowl with a good selections of vegetables and meats, and you will stay full while keep your diet in check. Nice and friendly service from a young energetic staff, and the portion is larger comparing to other locations.

A clean store with the friendly staff to match. Dealt with my repetitive questions with ease, helped me through the menu, and even got my food to me quickly, allowing me to get home quicker out of the snow. Sushi is always up to par at these locations, be sure to check them out.

I have eaten at various Tokyo Joe’s a dozen times. This location misses the mark. The miso soup was barely warm on two occasions. The food just doesn’t taste right. It is fast food and tastes like it. Bland and old.

no matter how many times you eat here you just want to come back for more. One of the best teriyaki bowls you could possibly eat. Keep it up. Well done. Don’t ever downgrade your service because it is top-notch
