I had placed an order the night before and had Uber eats deliver, it was excellent. I always tip 20% because I’ve done that type of work in a previous life. So I decided on my way out of town I’d stop by and get a to go order. We don’t have Tokyo joes where I’m from. I placed my order and chose not to give a tip on my card, I had cash in hand for that but wanted to see what service I’d receive. I sat and waited for over 30 minutes, watching the kitchen staff come out and pull tickets off the front register instead of using the automated system, I could only think he was seeing what people gave as tips. Because it was weird. He also took personal calls on his cell. No biggy, we all have lives. The kicker was that every order before me was finalized and multiple orders after mine also. Including another to go order that was finished before mine. When I got my order it was missing my sauce. When I got to my car the bowl I requested was completely wrong. Missing the majority of my vegetables but instead had the same veggies for my friend, 3 instead of the 5 I chose plus jalapeños and avocado. While the staff was friendly on the front line, guy with blue hair was rocking and rolling, I was pretty annoyed to not receive what I paid for including the avocado that has an up charge. Glad I chose to give a tip as cash because the kitchen staff blew it for everyone. Not to self to choose a different location in the future when I return.

Tasty food at reasonable prices, but the service was a bit lacking on my visit. They “forgot” my side of edamame, as well as a side of sauce I requested. Be on your toes and it’ll all be good!

I walked in for a regular order and had some complications with the tap to pay feature. Despite the frustration I was showing, all 3 of the employees working were super helpful and kind. Thank you for the food. Great customer service 🙂

I would eat a spicy tofu and veggie bowl with brown rice here every single day if I could. I usually get my order as a pickup, generally it is done on time, the staff is friendly, no complaints there. Interior is okay, standard restaurant attached to a decaying mall fare found here, plus a patio. Usually a few too many tables left with discarded previous orders from customers both indoors and out for me to want to dine in (don’t feel like battling the crows for my patio seat).

Ordered delivery. It shows up an hour and 10 min later missing all of the sauces. I drove to the store to get the missing sauces. I get home warm up the cold meals to find out there is only small pieces of chicken in my bowl and a few chicken crumbs. Ridiculous.
