If I could give a zero, I would I literally just had to seat myself after standing at the door for 10 minutes and then sit at the bar where everyone can see me, but they left me sitting there for almost 30 minutes without asking me about a drink, handing me a menu or anything. I literally had the entire staff walked by me more than once, including the manager, and no one ever spoke one word to me. this is absolutely unacceptable and it was the worst experience ever in Beaumont Texas. So I went to the manager and let him know how very disgusting it was. He was one of the employees that walked by me look at me and never spoke to me even as I walk through the door… coming from Louisiana I was not expecting the horrible service. I heard it was good but I’ll never know.. no worries .. I’ll never be back with that type of service

Husband upset they had taken out grills at Dowlen location but the food was fantastic! Cooked perfectly.Had chicken &shrimp with plenty of veggies. He had the California roll. Service was just right not too much but there when you needed.

The food is good, but not really great. I almost always get the Combination C and an order of shrimp fried rice and they’re consistently good. The main reason I don’t go here more often is the service. The host always has that angry high schooler look on his face, and his guest interactions are poor. Service can be very slow even when not busy. Service and food used to be great but something changed a few years ago.

Always been a fantastic, laid back environment for drinks and dinner. Our bartender James was the perfect combination of chill while handling a full bar and busy restaurant ,with a great sense of humor. The management does an incredible job of creating the perfect vibe checking on guests. Could not be happier with all of my experiences here. Sit at the bar and catch happy hr (4:30-5:30)!

Would have never come here if I knew they didn’t have hibachi anymore. That was the only reason to come spend this much money. On top of that, the waiter wants to lie to me and say they have never had sweet tea ever, but having lived here my whole life, I know better. So I order Dr Pepper, to which he says they are out of it. This place is honestly garbage now with terrible and loud music playing making hard to even think. But I guess they need something to keep customers minds off of how terrible this place is now.

I was sad to realize it’s no longer a hibachi where you can watch them cook at your table! The food is still amazing!! Our waitress was a tad behind the game, and the place wasn’t very busy that night. However, all in all, it was still great, price was reasonable, and we enjoyed ourselves!

Easily the worst hibachi restaurant we’ve ever been to. The steak was dry and completely over cooked. The “veggies” are zucchini and onions. That’s all. And there’s no yum yum sauce at all. Terrible service. I can’t believe this place has any positive reviews.

just came in to eat with my boyfriend and friends. our original waiter (never gave us his name) was absolutely terrible. he barely even served us. he got our order wrong and we asked him to fix it for us and brought us back still messed up food!! we asked for another replacement and he never brought it out for us. then STEVEN (or stephen), a different waiter, we asked him to bring us out correct food and he did! he then became our server and gave us the best service. so HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THE YOUNG MAN STEVEN!!! the best service we got the whole night was from steven!
