Have been coming here since they opened but wasn’t very happy with things today. We ordered 2 soup, 2 salad and 2 crunchy rolls. The salad bowls are small and they weren’t even half full so we ordered 2 more and got 2 more half full bowls! The people after us got full bowls so I don’t know what was going on. We also had to wait for them to open…even employees were waiting outside!

My husband and I went here to celebrate our 8 year wedding anniversary, we also took our 4 year old son with us. We have had amazing experiences here before… Tonight was awful! We did not get much food and it cost almost $100. The server was awful! She was so rude the entire time and not even halfway through our time there she disappeared. Her children who had to of been under the age of 13 ended up being our servers the rest of the time… And OMG we felt so rushed! They were bugging us constantly and they asked if we were ready for the check. They were sweet but it is not their responsibility to do their mothers job. We will never go back again.

Tonight was my 1st time at Tokoyo and i made a special reservation for my mom’s birthday. While the food was good quality the service was poor!! The waitress constantly made faces or argued when she brought the wrong drink or we asked for a fork or a clean cup (per floaty). She didn’t check up on us. We didn’t get any action from the chef, stiff. Walked away tonight a little sad.
