The food was good and the chef made the Vegetarian items on the hibachi grill before the meat/seafood- thank you!!! The service lacked attentiveness. I was not able to get a refill of my drink. We went out as a party of 2 and they added (hand written) gratuity (20%) and refused to ring it up any other way. They packed up our food without us being done and the cleaning crew cleaned around us with chemicals as we tried to finish our meal.

Service was quick, and sushi was delicious!! We didn’t do hot pot or hibachi, but sushi was still pretty solid. We got three different rolls, including the spider maki, which seemed a bit too fried compared to other spider maki rolls I’ve eaten, but other than that, the sushi was delectable. Definitely a nice and affordable spot to visit again for sushi.

Dined here last Friday 6/9, My son recommended it as he had been here before with some friends. I must say I was a little skeptical walking into the place but although a little pricey ($20-$30 a plate) the food was great as was the entertainment by the Teppanyaki grill chef. I’d definitely go back again. Note.. I’m not giving a five star on food and atmosphere only because this is the only place like this I’ve ever been.

Always busy when we go there; even during the week! But we always get a table. Service is good. The servers take orders and get the food out just as fast. We’ve always had to flag them down after our food arrives, they just seem to disappear. We always do hot pot, I have never tried hibachi from there but it’s always busy on that side as well. I find it odd that they calculate 18% of gratuity and manually write it in. I mean I guess it’s helpful. Even so after they swipe my card then receipt doesn’t even offer a tip section. It’s just a bit weird to me. The bathroom isn’t the cleanest, some doors doesn’t even lock. OH AND THEY HAVE BABY KOI FISHES lol.

Very disappointed! Tonight my husband and I sat at the hibachi table waiting for a chef to cook the food we ordered for over an hour. When the chef came he couldn’t remember our orders, he didn’t know how to divide the food up evenly and he gave most of the food that we and the other 2 people near us to 2 large men at the other end of the table. Tokyo increased the cost of the food since we were last there and normally I understand that but we got very little for what we paid for it. Usually it is a fun experience but not tonight for sure! To top it all off, when the check came, they already added in an 18% gratuity which they definitely did not deserve. No apologies for the poor service and they complained when the 2 people near us crossed off the gratuity on their bill because of the poor service.
