Unfortunately, I didn’t look at all of the reviews before stopping here. I ordered chicken teriyaki, and the meat didn’t have any taste and was tough ( might be pork or something else). The miso soup was oily and brown. I’m not sure if it is really miso, so I didn’t eat it. There was a metallic taste in the “miso” soup. I would avoid this place.

( Somehow I can’t rate 0 so I’m forced to rate a star) Worst experience do not spend money here and If you dine here check your food!!! DO NOT CONTACT TO ASK WHAT CAN BE RESOLVED BECAUSE THE OPPORTUNITY WAS THERE AND YOUR EMPLOYEES DID NOTHING. I went there asked for and paid for broccoli instead of zucchini I got 2-3 florets of broccoli asked for it to be cooked soft… IT WAS HARD AND EVERYTHING WAS COLD!!!

I am not one to complain. After a long day & low blood sugar I was in urgent need of food. I love Tokyo Grill and I, myself, have chosen to be a customer for years. I tried to call ahead at 9:15 so that I could pick up my order and get out of the way of the employees because I knew it was about to be closing time. No one answered. Granted, I recognize that this is very close to close. I have previously worked in service industry and bar industry for many years & I know it can be frustrating when someone comes in late. This photo was taken at 9:21pm when I tried to enter the building. As I pull into a parking spot, the employee seen sweeping in the back of this photo moved towards the door and locked it as he noticed I was coming into his establishment. l still proceeded to get out my car and try to go in to order, because surely, he wouldn’t lock the door while I’m 3 feet in front of him. Sure enough, the door was locked. He then proceeded to act as if I wasn’t standing at the door. In anger and absolute disbelief at the terrible customer service I had just received, I did honk my horn a few times leaving when driving away from the restaurant. My response was not in any way appropriate, however, I was just truly shocked that my presence was blatantly ignored and the door was locked while the employee actively makes eye contact with me 3 feet away. — the time in which I pulled out of the parking lot was 9:25. The business hours for this store location are 9:30! I am an extremely reasonable and understanding individual. I would have even understood if the night was slow and they wanted to close a few minutes early and had already throw the food away for the night. Again, I myself have also worked in the food industry before. Knowing in moments like this, he could have easily said, “I’m sorry ma’am, we’re closed.” I have NEVER had an employee lock their establishment while I am just a few feet from the entrance.

The cashier acted like taking our order was an inconvenience, the food was bland, and there was no ice in the soda machine so we had to drink warm drinks. Underwhelming at best. Won’t be back.

I like that they let you omit whatever you want to omit without any problems. I always ask to leave out onions and they do. Orders come out pretty fast. Food has always been hot and doesn’t seem to just be sitting for long periods of time. Only thing I don’t care for is the drink and condiment section. Sometimes it’s not always as clean as it should be.

I literally used to visit this restaurant every week. I no longer visit this location because the cook has been replaced and every single time now the food is always extremely undercook…literally raw.
