Probably my 10th visit here. Food is usually very good and flavorful. I always get the Hibachi Shrimp OR the Shrimp bowl. Yesterday’s visit was horrible! Everything was bland–no season, no grilled taste. Had to “doctor” food up with my own season, which defeats the purpose of ordering out! Was told a new cook…. he or she needs to be trained on how to prepare the food, ASAP! Hopefully, this was just an “off” day. I will try again.

We DoorDash in our downtime. The short lady at the front was VERY rude. She must be new since we have never seen her before. She made us make the drink, which we AREN’T supposed to do. And when I told her that, she just shrugged her shoulders and staired. We usually love it there, and they are usually always friendly. We hope she isn’t there long because she’s going to bring customer service WAY down.

I got the hibachi steak bowl and the food was ok but the steak had little to no flavor and the texture is almost like it’s fatty. very chewy meat. The white sauce definitely saved it.

Always good and the service is great! The young ladies in there are real nice. I always get the chicken and shrimp teriyak or steak and shrimp! I’ve Coe here a bunch of times and NEVER had a bad experience with there food and the yum yum sauce is always good, its interesting the reviews on here LOL, they all sound generic! Out of all the great meals I’ve had if they give me one that was a little off….NO BIG DEAL…and I can’t judge on one item, ONE TIME LOL !

I got the terryoki chicken and ordered my son the terryoki chicken and shrimp. Mine was great. But, my son’s didn’t have any shrimp in it at all. And I paid for the shrimp and chicken. Won’t go back.
