I was charged extra for sauerkraut on a hot pastrami, which is fine except it was the same price as the Ruben and there was so little sauerkraut I couldn’t believe it. I was curious about the cost for the amount and the guy argued with me when I was trying to understand and also keep him from getting upset with the girl making the sandwich. I tried to make it clear I didn’t mind paying more but to pay the same as a sandwich that has cheese and a ton of sauerkraut didn’t make sense and I honestly felt bad for the girl, she did nothing wrong.

The pastrami is the best in town. I’ve never seen any more than 2 people working there at the same time. Because of this, it’s quite a wait if there’s a couple people in front of you. My wait was over 20 minutes before they even took my order. The dining room and the soda machine could REALLY use a deep clean.

I informed the server that of any Togo’s that I’ve visited, she actually prepared my orders (3 sandwiches for my barber, her mother, and me) to perfection! Just the way I like it. Great experience, great food, and even greater service.

I would have given 5 star but on several occasions I have arrived at the Arden location (30/45 min before closing) and even though the neon “Open” sign was lite the doors were locked. I’ve also been there mid afternoon and they were either out of bread or other types of food. Guess they really don’t want customers. Personally, I will never visit this location again.

I like the staff. Very friendly and good product. However, I am very disappointed that everytime I go the. The garbage can is over flowing and out side is a mess. Windows are not cleaned regularly. I still go there, but I hope they pay a little more attention to the outside sitting area. I will remove my photos once I see they pay more attention to the outside area. I’ve been a big Togo’s fan for over 30 years and would love to see each store perform at the standard that they are capable of.

I went here after walking out of a competing sandwich shop. The two team members had amazing customer service skills. I believe the girl who helped me was cici. She immediately greeted me, and had excellent communication the entire transition. She welcomed other people when they came in and thank me. She and her coworker communion and worked well together. Extremely professional and they provide top notch customer service. Thank you for the great experience.

Love Togo’s. I like #24 & #5, turkey & avocado and turkey & cranberry. Always GREAT. This one, the sign wasn’t lit up, making it a challenge to find initially. But we found it and enjoyed delicious sandwiches. Going again before we leave the area for home in AZ. No Togo’s there.
