When you go out of your way to create the world’s tastiest sandwiches, people tend to go out of their way to get their hands on them. And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. And people formed lines out the door, anxiously awaiting their turn for taste bud nirvana. Today, people still go above and beyond to get our sandwiches. Because for many, you can never go too far for a TOGO.

Yeah, I’d give this Togo’s a 5 star review. We order on the app, which is pretty easy to navigate. In 3 times now, they’ve had our order ready 2 out of 3. It’s a nice place, and the staff is nice. I’d recommend.

Ordered a tuna sandwich, guy put way too much mayo on it. The man taking my order was talking loudly to his female co-worker, and both of them did not seem like they wanted to be there. He mightve been the manager but he did not seem like he knew how to run his workers at this sandwich shop.

I thought I liked TOGOs. After this experience I’ve realized I do not. Horrible vibes from what seemed to be the manager. Weird customers selling her imported products at the counter, was the only thing that made her smile. The man was touching her inappropriately for a togos and made the whole restaurant smell like cheap cleaner or whatever he was trying to sell her.

First we were greeted by a young lady who seemed to hate her job. We asked if they had any smokey cheddar and she spoke rudely back to us. Sandwiches were pretty much slapped together. As we sat in-store eating our sandwiches. The young lady comes from the back and meets some older guy at the counter, he proceeds to try and sell her some perfume ( mind you, he is spraying each perfume he is trying to sell her) She then completely ignored the next customer. As my family and I were leaving I was walking over to fill my drink and she looks at me and asks rudely if she can help me, I then say no. I fill my cup and leave. Perfume+rudeness = not a good sandwich

The dining area was very dirty, tabels werent wiped, floor was very dirty too. The containers that hold all the toppings we all mixed and gross looking even the mayo had food debris in it. It was sad to see and we won’t be back.

Atmosphere at a sandwich shop? Doesn’t really apply. The place is clean and comfortable, good seating and tables.

6 people in line at 530. one guy putting chairs away so they can close early and one lady making sandwiches. They always do this. You close at 7 not 5.

Togo’s sandwiches. I’m one of the lucky few still had the opportunity to eat at their very first location on San Fernando Street in San Jose California. I want to say around 1971 I could be wrong on that. But I could be wrong on the date that they actually opened all I know is they turned into my favorite sandwich destinations there are. My favorite sandwich is the number 9 with provolone cheese and jalapeno peppers and when you order and number 9 you get it full of meat not like some of those other sandwich change that you order from that say that they weigh the meat but I have a feeling they hold their finger on the scale I actually boycott a different brand of sandwiches because of that I got all the way home turn on a pastrami sandwich add for little tiny pieces of pastrami on it I was so upset I actually took it back. I promise I will never ever patronize their company again show again went wanting a sandwich if there’s not a Togo’s around you look to see if there’s a Deli open somewhere such as your local grocery store but Togo’s is definitely the place I say number one place to buy a sandwich they have good soup also.

If I said slow, that would not describe it. Someone in our group insisted on going here, but they are not staffed for a group of twenty. The sandwich was okay, though. They had a vegetarian menu for my daughter.
