Togo’s is one of my favorite sandwich places. My hot roast beef sandwich with pepperoncinis and American cheese was satisfying. It just gets worse at this location. 10/9/22 @ noon. The staff is clueless, disrespectful and ignorant to good business practices!! This experience is one of the worst I can think of because it was all 3 staff members including the manager. My wife ordered a Triple dip, the response was WHICH ONE, then server went on about roast beef, turkey and pastrami, which did my wife want. My wife pointed out that all 3 meats come on the TRIPLE DIP, hence the name. Servers eyes rolling and whatever the other gestures, manager silently observing. When I ordered A CHEESE STEAK, I was berated as to which, chicken, pastrami or steak, I said the CHEESE STEAK #33,

Second time at a TOGO’S do to me being out of State. First impression store was clean an very well lit lots of natural sun light coming in. I did go when they first open. Note this location opens at 10:30 but google maps says 10:00. I had the Mediterranean salad which was one of the best salad’s I’ve had so far. So good that second visit I got it again. My husband got the steak melt which he didn’t care for to much on this visit he said bread was way to soggy from juice from the meat. His first visit he got the melted turkey club which he loved. Only reason just 3 stars because the service here is really really slow. Both times we went it was us and one other person and waited a while to get or stuff made to go. If this place was a little faster with service this place could be a gold mine. Some ppl don’t have time to wait 20 minutes or longer for a sandwich or salad.

We usually love this place, however, tonight was a different story. I didn’t realize they’ve changed their closing hours to 7pm. I walked in a few minutes before 7 and apparently inconvenienced the workers by ordering 3 sandwiches. The girl was rude and very sloppily made 2 of the sandwiches in our order. The last sandwich she made wasn’t even wrapped correctly or throughly that it fell out and landed on the floor when it was taken out of the bag.

Togo’s is pretty much the same at any location taste wise. I ran in around dinner time and there was no wait. Customer service was excellent and our sandwiches were tasty. No complaints!

This Togo’s is complete trash. The food is good but that’s because it’s Togo’s and they make good sandwiches, but the customer service here a total mess. They are all rude and completely just ignore anyone there. No on greets any guests even when they call you to the counter to make your food just simply say, “what can I get for you?”. What a joke. How about a “hi, how are you?”. Nope. Not even goodbye or thanks. And not just one either but this is the norm for every single visit all days of the week.

Great sandwiches, but the employees take thier breaks in the dining area. I saw a female employee throw her garbage from her table to the garbage can! The music is also too loud for the setting… It looks like the employees were enjoying it more than the customers. Just an opinion from a Customer Service Manager. The product is worth 4 stars though. Just take it “To Go”!

Great friendly service great sandwiches my go to is the #9 hot pastrami on sourdough togo’s way I also like the turkey and bacon on parmesan cheese bread they offer a great selection and have a coca cola freestyle soda machine the soup is great too
