Worst sandwich from togos I ever had ..I asked for a hot pastrami with Swiss cheese with everything on it and they DID NOT MELT MY CHEESE AND THEY DID NOT HEAT MY MEAT UP …It was cold and cheese was not melted and cold like sheesh…I will never come here again and I work in the area ..then they have attitudes when u tell them how u want your sandwich made ..THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION

Visited the Union City location on 7-10-2022.. server 294254 (young male cashier) wasn’t friendly and very rude! Paid $45.77 for 3 lg sandwiches which seemed to bother the young females having to work rather than stand around..your staff isn’t customer friendly and lacks service for which I paid.. possibly they need retraining or spoken to by mgmt!

Worse place for good sandwiches. Sent me someone elses food via Door Dash. Charges me even on the receipt it’s the right order BUT STILL GETS IT WRONG!!!!! Gave me food I’m allergic to!!! SMH!!! Get rid of your staff get more mindful staff. DONT BUY FROM HERE LOOK AT ANOTHER LOCATION OR A better company.

Worst location to order food from, they constantly mess up my orders, like the whole staff is horrible there.I asked for a hot sandwich and they barely warmed it up..my cheese cold and not melted …like they need to pay attention to what people order and ask for. They have horrible attitudes..just the worst location and the food is trash here and I work near by smh ridiculous!

I give this place a solid 5. Customer service was absolutely great. I was in line and each customer was being addressed as smoothly as possible. When my turn came up, I was greeted with a smile and my sandwich was briskly made. The manager handled everything with ease and great care. The sandwich tasted excellent. And they have one of those new automated soda machines which is a great plus. Employess seemed like they were attentive and enjoyed the work. My experience was so good I even came back a second time just to absorb the atmosphere of the shop. All I bought was a drink and a brownie but it was well worth the visit. I am definitely planning on going back, forget Subway.

My friends, Togo’s is a long-established restaurant sandwich chain that has been around for quite a while now. However, it never gets old and I am consistently impressed by how they can deliver a fantastic sandwich experience time in and out over and over again. It seems to me that they rarely ever waiver from the quality of their sandwich and the formula that they have landed upon in terms of quality of meat, amount of veggies, size of bread etc is in an age old proven composition that never fails to satisfy. Treat yourself to a Togo’s sandwich and I’m sure he’ll return for more.

I had a bad experience there the last time I was at the U.City. Togo’s I asked for a sandwich #26 to have no onions & no peppers and easy mustard and they gave me a #26 w/onions and no tomatoes and they put a hole lots of mustard I took the onions back up to the counter and asked for tomatoes…….. I think they just lost a customer at their store and maybe from Togo’s completely.
