And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. I have been going to this Togo’s location since we moved to this town. Since the pandemic, they’ve actually stepped up their game with the ability to easily order pickup online. We make it a point to tip extra, as the team works extra-hard during tough times. The food remains completely up to quality and is always ready when expected. Thank you so much to the Togo’s Team! The old man was attentive. He’s busy doing something but acknowledge my presence I appreciate that while i was waiting in line and told me it will take 3 min before He can help me. I have been going to Togo’s since 1972 in San Jose, so obviously a repeat customer. This particular store has the distinction of being the first store to leave a key ingredient out of my order. I ordered thru their app (normal for me) and took it home (not normal) where I discovered the error. I called to tell them the problem. I was not offered a satisfactory solution that did not include a return to the store. Lesson: Eat there, or open and check if it is correct before leaving. I even included a tip, which I have been sure to do thru the pandemic. Another lesson learned.

I had a very pleasant experience From the time I walked in, there was an older lady in comparison to the other workers, And she did a fantastic job making sure to be through and that nothing was missed. Friendly service, tasty food, and serving utensils included all for a great price to meet my catering needs. Togo’s Sandwiches is my go to place for catering food to feed my hungry guests. Meats are flavorful especially the Kalbi Beef, worth it for happy tummies! Grilled veggies are cooked to perfection! Fruits Platter is nicely done with a variety of melons, grapes and strawberries in season on top of a bed of greens for a wonderful presentation.
