Ohhhh no what happen TOGO ill Try a diffent location but sadly this one gave me NO CHEESE on my sandwhich i was charged 18.00$ for a sandwhich with only a tiny cup of meat never again i will make my own sandwiches at home this was pretty polite and nice but the inside of the building was very dirty tables were not clean dishes and other rappers on the floor employees were very nice but the food was not good and it’s cleansing this was not good

There is a woman there that is especially friendly and sweet (though all the employees there are great). I don’t remember her name but she gives consistently great service, always friendly, and actually remembers me! (We come in once a week or so.) There was another woman there as well that also gave great service but I haven’t seen her in awhile. You know the RIGHT employees make all the difference and the one who is in charge of hiring here is doing an excellent job.

Never been ans in the area gave it a try and definitely was pleased I did. Got the pretzel pastrami and it was delicious! Did an online order which I was also pleased with. As a POS installer it’s nice seeing other systems that work well and buisness using them. Although disappointed in not a single napkin given, I did pick up so checked for napkins prior to walking out but none were out for customers so assumed they’d be in the bag. They were not unfortunately so had to go back in to ask for some. That’s small compared to the rest, definitely will be back before I go!

the guy behind the counter, Jose M, messed-up our order. We ordered the new Italian-Caprese (#41), the one w/ pesto-spread. And, we ordered a LG Pastrami-Reuben on SOUR DOUGH. He asked if I wanted the fixings/veggies/condiments in it. Yes,Please. We pay, we go home to eat. Then, I look at the receipt: he rings us up for #16 INSTEAD of #41-Caprese (no pesto spread)! And, the #10 Reuben had NO veggie/condiments (he even asked)!! Plus/MINUS, it was NOT Sour-Dough (tasted like regular bread)!!! This is the second time this location f+×÷d-up my order. I’m NOT going here again. I don’t recommend this location on Hesperian Blvd in Hayward.

Came here on 5/30/2020. There were two people working. I believe the guys name was Abel, but the girl did not have name badge on., but they both are great. Everyone that came even was greeted kindly, the staff was very polite, the food was great. I come here quite frequently, and am always treated respectfully no matter whom is working. Whoever manages this store hired some wonderful people. 5/5. 🙂

Nothing wrong with the food. PROBLEM is everytime you place a phone order. The crew always takes care of walk in customers first and put phone orders for last. So you have to walk in and ask if its ready, to be told it will be 25-30 minute wait. Suggest to management to work with crew. If you have two employees then one can work on phone orders, and the other on walkins. Food good , crew is polite and work hard. Organization needs help.
