Do NOT order online! My husband has ordered online from Togo’s in Redwood City twice. Both times our orders were WRONG. The first time we ordered a #3 Turkey & Cheddar Togo’s style, #36 Turkey Club and a peanut butter cookie. My husband’s sandwich only had the meat and cheese. The peanut butter cookie was not in our bag. Today, 07/26/23, we ordered the same thing (#3, #36 and PB cookie). My sandwich did not have any avocado and only had one tiny piece of bacon. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering here anymore.

Still a good place but no one seems to know how to answer a phone tried calling multiple times and no answer I just wanted to know if they had Dutch crunch bread. Just never order online because they will mess up it’s best to order in person. I never order online anymore because when I do they mess up every time.

When we walked in there was one customer being helped and 3 employees. One was assitsing the customer and we waited to be approached and no one came to us so we ordered our sandwhiches through the cashier.

Stopped in for a sandwich today. The pastrami was right on the money. Ophelia was very helpful and I could see her smile through her mask. Definitely worth the stop. I also had a chance to talk with the owner. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

Recently ordered the clubhouse melt which is supposed to come melted, came home to cold cheese and turkey. Also ordered it with avocado as well as another sandwich I ordered, I was charged for both and received nothing! I love Togo’s but this was a complete upset.
