Just experienced Chef Binod Gautam’s delightful dishes because of a coupon. So glad we did! Especially enjoyed the biryani! But everything we ordered was delicious. Tried the lamb vindaloo at his suggestion. It was stellar. Try this place. It’s a little hard to find—go inside the grocery and walk to the back on the right. We will be back soon—with or without a coupon!

This will be my new to go place for Indian food in Louisville. Absolutely loved their spicy chicken biryani and their curry is delicious as well. I talked to the owner and he was very humble respectful person as well as the staff working inside.

$31 for biryani before taxes? In comparison to local prices in this area of Louisville and elsewhere that’s sure a price spike from $15.99. Your business = your rules but I think that’s ridiculous and a real rip off . Yes the food is good but raising the prices like that? No thanks

We had take out and it was fabulous!!! Not to mention it was in an Indian grocery store. It was cool to shop around while we waited for our food. They are kind as well as good at what they do…which makes it taste that much better in my book!

The portions and the price are very good. However, the Biryani rice is dry and full of whole spices.

!! Unfortunately, I found two pieces of plastic in my Navratan Korma!! The entree was OK until I chewed a plastic piece. Mistakes happen, I know, but *two pieces of plastic in one dish is too much*. I do not recommend this restaurant based on careless food prep. Photo shows the second piece of plastic I encountered. The first piece of plastic was the same. I threw away the first one because I was trying to be forgiving. However, I feel obligated to write a review as a warning to potential customers.

Found this place by accident as Dakshin closed early and man am I glad for that. A sign of a good Indian restaurant is their biriyani and the biriyani here is one of the best if not the best I have had in Louisville.
