Hole in the wall kind of place that doesn’t disappoint! I was born in Taiwan and grew up all the Taiwanese Nightmarket delights. This was a great find and totally hit the spot!!! If you are in the area and you are into Taiwanese dish, you can’t go wrong here.

The Taiwanese stinky tofu with unique sauce is delicious, and the sour-flavored vegetables are also delicious. In addition, there are Taiwan-style braised pork rice and Taiwan-style meatball noodles, which are also delicious. During the epidemic, they all eat outdoors, and the store is not open. The overall sanitation environment is very ordinary, and the location is relatively remote.

Lots of authentic Taiwanese Street dishes, specially the stinky fried tofu. You can’t miss it. Although it didn’t smell too well, you definitely will change your thought after you tried the first bite. I personally like to let the tofu soaked in the sauce for a while to make it more flavor, but will forget about it sometimes because can’t wait to start the crunch bites.

Been coming here since I was wee little stinky-tofu loving girl. I remember going there as a treat after grocery shopping with the fam at HK Market. I remember chilling in the little weird in-between plaza space after school and sharing a portion of tofu with friends. It’s still as great as ever. Same savory taste, same cheap plastic chairs. It’s a goshdarn ESTABLISHMENT at this point.

First of all, let me report this: the price for a plate of Stinky Tofu and a bowl of Sliced Pork Rice is already $18.50 from $15.33 from July, 2018.

As I don’t visit this area frequently, I found Tofu King by accident. I quickly pulled up Google Maps to see the reivew and decided to give their famous stinky tofu a try (yes, I’m a huge fan of stinky tofu )
