Writing a new review. I’m trying to see this another way. Perhaps the hostess meant all the tables for outdoor seating were filled when she said we couldn’t be seated outside for dining. Perhaps the folks brought outside with menus after I was seated had reservations. I enjoyed the food and the band. I understood the kitchen was slammed and that food would take a while. It just appeared odd that some people can’t be seated outside for supper and later guests can. It wasn’t the only time I and others have observed this anomaly.

Catfish Po’ boy Sandwich was delicious. Service was quick and attentive. They were able to accommodate our large 10+ party outside in their patio seating. They had a dull menu and kids menu as well. Priced reasonably and very close the brewery! They had a stage for a live band.

We stopped be after hiking in New Glarus Woods State Park with two of our kids and grandkids. The food was good. Thebstaff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was pleasant and comfortable with a nice relaxed atmosphere.

SERVICE IS SLOW!!! It’s a cute bar in town. We went there to use the beer chips given to us at the New Glarus Brewing Company and to get lunch. We were ignored at the bar for a significant amount of time. When our order was finally taken our food took 48 minutes to arrive. Food was okay. Nothing special. However, it is affordable.

Very very good burger, the Cowboy. It was cooked to order and the final product was juicy and flavorful. Good beef to start. The wait staff was efficient and personable.
