Ate there the first time and it was decent. 2nd time all the food looked and tasted like it was from last week. Threw most away. Wouldn’t feed it to my dogs. Fingers crossed no food posining.

I work in the mall so I only go there if the line is too long everywhere else and it’s a last resort. The food is decent but the portions are always so small. One scoop of rice and one scoop of an entree. I asked for a one entree plate with 2 egg rolls and they put one egg roll in the carton and the other on a bag and charged me for a 2 entree meal, $16.98 for a scoop of rice, a scoop of bourbon chicken and 2 egg rolls. Not worth it plus no one is especially friendly.

$13 poke bowl that comes with 4 tiny stripes of salmon, I feel robbed. The bowl is just rice and it is not even filled to the top.

I got so sick from this place! Made the mistake of ordering sushi from this establishment while shopping on Christmas Eve and ended up with the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. All of my symptoms match salmon poisoning. I found it odd that they had plastic “display” sushi and that I could not see the rolls being prepared. Who knows how old the rolls were that they gave me. Customer service was poor as well. It’s clear they do not care about the food they are serving. Stay away! It’s not worth the risk!

Just bit into a totally raw piece of spicy chicken. And swallowed it before I could react properly. Cut into two more pieces and the chicken was so raw it still had that purple tint to it. They recently underwent a name change from Asian chao to Tobu. I’ve attached an image as proof. They promptly gave me a different plate with only bourbon chicken but the significance here is that food isn’t being checked before being served. I use a food thermometer at home to avoid illness, apparently the only concern here is getting as much food out as possible to earn more cash. Avoid this place.

Food is fine. However I’ve noticed that each time i go there, they put less and less food in the carton. Today, the person didn’t even fill up the serving spoon with one the combo items and barelyfilles it with the other. They used to feed you pretty good, but it’s noticeably less and costs more, of course. I’ll probably be looking elsewhere for my Chinese fast food fix.

The manager (Anna) insisted on treating me (paying customer) poorly. I tried to order a 2 entree plate and the manager (Anna) REFUSED TO GIVE ME A PLATE and tried to force my food into a small box. I explained for 5 minutes I want a plate with no sides so I can dine in. She persisted in forcing me to use a box, until my fiancé stepped in and I walked away after that point.

Nasty. Absolutely nasty, nasty food, nasty people, nasty service. I understand it’s mall food but there’s a certain point where the food becomes just absolutely disgusting. $13 for half a carton of chicken and rice? Seriously? I read some of the reviews afterwards and I’m honestly not surprised. If you have any sense at all especially for your health, DO NOT go here for anything.

If you don’t want to make the sushi, then don’t have it on the menu. Didn’t have the kind I wanted of the menu “pre made” so she tried to push a different “basic” roll for me to have.

Literally gross. The rice tasted like tires. I don’t think the fish is real. My “tuna” was bright orange. I looked at the sushi display, and they looked like toy food you would give to your child. DON’T GO HERE.
