So…went there and everything was served to us burnt. Burnt corned beef hash. A generous helping of gravy on my sausage and biscuits, how lovely! Oh wait, that’s to hide the charcoal beneath. I’m not sure how it was acceptable to serve food this burnt. They remade the corned beef hash ( literally could turn it over and scrape off a fourth of an inch of food.) I told them not to bother with the biscuits and gravy- the charcoal taste was too strong! ( I’m not kidding or being dramatic- it was that burnt.) when checking out, they did not ask us how it was :). We will not return soon- that’s possibly the worst breakfast I’ve had in 15 years. And that includes my cooking and I’m a terrible cook.

Ate brunch here yesterday with friends and had a wonderful experience. Be prepared to wait about 20 minutes or so depending on the time you go as it gets busy. There is indoor and outdoor seating although I’m not sure how often they use the outdoor seating. Love the variety in the menu, lots of options to choose from. Food tasted fresh and employees were friendly. Would certainly return.

Had the pleasure of stopping into this place and I must say the food was pretty good. My waiter “Gabby” was fantastic. She made sure to tap the table to assure we didn’t need anything. I had the omelet and home fries. It was really good. I would recommend this place.

While we know of the Toast in New Port Richey, though have never been (our regular Sunday breakfast spot is GrandMa Sally’s on Grand Ave, NPR) due to circumstances we opted to try it out. While the wait was reasonable enough (10-15min) once seated, it seemed like we were forgotten. Once recognized & our order taken, again, the forgotten feeling, though a more than polite server stated how backed up they were – ok enough. Finally we watched our order be offered to another table, then brought to us (not our server). While the food, pancakes & a house omelette were fine, the bacon unreasonably & without taste. And while I would have made mention, I didn’t dare as the day had been long enough already.

First time eating here like trying new places wasn’t quite sure about the food but it’s tasty and give good portion, service was a bit slow wasn’t crowded. Very low key atmosphere…

Incredible breakfast place. They had lost 3 of their cooks right before we got there but still managed to get us served on time and never lost the expectation of quality. Try the Cuban frappe

The food and service here is hit or miss. I wouldn’t order the waffles (dry and bland) or any of the specialty sweet dishes (they run very sweet). Coffee is as good as you’d expect from a diner. They tend to be busy on weekends, so we were disappointed today when two groups that came in after us got seated first. It’s a long wait for a table even when they do keep track of the order customers arrive in. The convenience of the location kept us coming back but this might have been our last time. We left after 30 minutes and not being seated.

This is the second time that we have been to Toast. I got a burger, Mom got a tuna melt, my mother-in-law and BFF each got a sweet crepe. I think the crepes were the stars for this trip! They were demolished!! Muffins were taken home. The burger was lackluster and assembled backwards. When you put the tomato, onion, and lettuce underneath the patty, the patty just slip-slides off. Mom wasn’t crazy about the melt and the slaw tasted old. The ranch also definitely was NOT the star. I ordered ranch for my fries and it was abysmal To their credit, the ranch was likely not made in house but l’d argue that ranch is the most requested “condiment” second only to ketchup.

I had an amazing experience here 🙂 I was taken care of by Gabrielle and she’s so sweet and light and was very attentive and helpful. Then I ordered and the manager was very diligent about making sure I was getting what I ordered properly and the temperature and flavors were all on point thanks to an amazing chef ‍ My son was also with me and his sirloin was a perfect cut The care this establishment has is amazing A+++ to this team and their management.

Our absolute favorite place for breakfast & brunch in Tampa. The food are great, services on point, and all for a reasonable price. You’ll always feel like you get your money’s worth at Toast. Highly recommended.
