We had a good experience at this restaurant, so friendly service. They have over 150 plus dishes on their menu. We enjoyed the Bun Dau Mam Tom, it was delicious especially the Tom Sauce. Highly recommended. I just wished the all vegetables “rau” were bit little fresher.

We ordered the bun bo hue and bun dau mam tom, and it was very delicious and authentic. I will say that mam tom isn’t for me, but my Vietnamese wife enjoyed it. All the vegetables and herbs were very fresh. Service was fast and friendly.

I’ve been to most places that serve pho in Des Moines, this place gives generous portions with lots of meat and a mound of sprouts and fresh basil which a lot of places are starting to skimp on. Great flavor and the chili oil on the table is raging hot (good thing). Will be back!

This places food was so delicious and was insanely fast. The mango bubble tea was a little too sweet. Not the most well kept place but was clean. Waitress good very well taking care of us which was good after having read some of the reviews.

Wait time is super long for food. They add gratuity to small tables of 3. The ladies working do not check on you.They do not greet you when walking in. No refills on any drinks. No silverware on any tables and when asked to grab a fork and spoon I was given attitude. Food came out at different times and was really bland and overcooked. Would not recommend if you want to be given an attitude!!

Extensive menu, apparently loved by the local Vietnamese community, clean and good service. The taste of the food was not AS impressive which we were about 6 years ago. Now? Not so much. Nothing was carefully prepared. Bún bò Huế had a just a few slices of beef, had a mix of pork and blood cubs in a very sweet flavored broth, a bit too different to my experience. The egg pancake was so greasy you can easily cook another meal with the oil at the bottom. Roast pork belly was good, but you had to eat like a barbarian because the pieces were huge (not the portion). Chicken rice soup was good, but it was literally nothing special. Everything was a bit expensive for the kind of food you get. Won’t be back again.

Sub sandwiches don’t taste very good, and expensive compared to other places, but I suppose with recent inflation; but we feel more like price gauges. Restaurant atmosphere is on the low end cheap/ rundown side. Dined in and ordered to go.
