I couldn’t believe my eyes when I walked in, and when I saw the food. First of all the interior was filthy! The garbage can full with trash next to it. You couldn’t find a clean spot. I thought oh well maybe the food will make up for it! WRONG. The person putting the order in was very rude, and actually spit on the floor when we were not looking(Yes you read that right!) We ordered ribeye and chicken, both on the verge of being inedible. The chicken was so smelly and the ribeye was dry and bland! I’m shocked there are places operating like this!

We called in two orders and we were told they could not separate them for payment. Then the guy who ordered after we paid went up to the counter and asked why it was taking so long just to make a burger. They gave him his burger and then we went to ask about our order. There were three bags sitting on the counter and he gave us one saying it was ours. No one said it was ready, called out a name or number. Nothing! The food is good but not worth going back for the horrible service!

The food is usually very good, but you have to be very clear when you talk to them otherwise they will upcharge you or mess up yout order. “Combos” mean they will automatically charge you extra and you can’t upgrade to their totts or sweet potato fries, they will just add that on tonthe order and say “no substitutions”

The place is a complete dump. It’s dirty and disorganized with a couple of guys running it who clearly don’t care about the quality they’re putting out. The fries were obviously what they had sitting from the last batch an hour ago. This place is garbage and a disgrace to what the other TK locations produce. Don’t waste your money.

I was greeted in Spanish. There was loud, blaring, Spanish music playing in the kitchen and the television was on a Spanish channel. The burger was burnt and falling apart. Several reasons to not go back here.
