If you are wanting to come eat MEAT you do not want to come eat here. The meat was absolutely disgusting. Was hard like rubber and so salty and dry….horrible. The potato salad and the beans tasted like they had some type of chemical cooked with it. We will likely never eat here again.

The ribs had a good chew, and were not dry. They did not have a solid smoke flavor. The wings were slightly over cooked. The wings were slightly dry and bland. The sausage gumbo was served piping hot, and did not disappoint.

They wait staff here is great. They learn faces and are always friendly. The unlimited wing nights with unlimited draft beer keeps us coming back. The wings are tremendous and tasty. The other food is great, too. Service is usually fast and your glass will rarely be left empty. I love this place.

The Ribs were falling off of the bone. Cole slaw was fresh and crunchy. The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly. Chanel our server was awesome!

My wife and I ate at the Prairieville location last night. I was extremely disappointed with the service & food we received. Approximately 15mins after ordering, a young man came to our table and told me they had run out of bake potatoes. When I looked at him he started laughing. I asked for a manager and when she arrived I informed her of mans actions, she glazed over it liked it didn’t matter. She said she could do mash potatoes like a loaded bake potato. I said I will accept the loaded mash potatoes. What I received was exactly mash potatoes on a saucer with cheese, bacon bits and sour cream (which had a very strange taste) dropped on top. Obviously we had a difference of definition of loaded mash potatoes. When the salad arrived it was not what I had ordered. The steak had been sitting under the heat lamp because the plate was too hot to touch. My wife’s 2 meat combo was barely warm. Our server (PM B) was only seen by us 5 times the entire time we at the location. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location, but I guarantee it will be the last. This location does not even offer the full TJ Ribs menu.

9-26-22 3:34 PM. Ordered some of the baby back ribs with some extra sides so we could split the ribs. This was a takeout order. When I got home to eat them with my wife we found the ribs to be very dry and hard. They were room temperature. I only live 10 minutes from the restaurant. Sides were good. For a $30 rib plate I expected better quality.
