Our 1st time at Titos in Bellevue. I was so pleasantly surprised. The renovations are very well done. The staff was friendly which is very important to me. Best of all, the food was excellent. Everything was fresh, the fajita chicken was tender with great flavor. So many Mexican restaurants have almost the same menus, this place had great choices and desert was so good. We will be back.

This was for a while our favorite. One big plus are the good prices on good margaritas. The food is just so so. The last few times we have been the service has been lacking. The last time our server disappeared on us. No one asked if we wanted another drink or brought the check. The place did not have a crowd. We waited for 15 minutes after finishing before getting up and going to the front. We will not go back.

Typically we have a good visit when we come to Tito’s however, our last visit was a little bit of a disappointment. When our food came out we had only received part of our order and our waiter passed by our table at least six times and still hadn’t stopped to check on us to make sure we had everything. I tried several times to get his attention but he just never came back to our table. Neither me nor my husband had received our tortillas and my husband never received his order of habanero sauce. We quietly finished our meal shortly before a manager stopped by to check on us as she had been doing with other tables. We explained our dissatisfaction to the manager when she stopped by to check on us and although we do appreciate that she gave us a discount on our ticket, we were still left wondering why our waiter never came back to our table – not even to refill drinks. We promised the manager we would give Tito’s another shot (after all the food was hot and delicious). I understand that everybody is short-handed but that’s never an excuse for poor customer service.

I ordered Fajitas to pick up. I got home and had no tortillas! I tried to call and speak with the MOD and made it all the way back to the restaurant before I got the Manager. When I spoke with her she did got me tortillas but no apology nothing other than just handed a bag of tortillas and chips. I think we can do better!

Great Mexican place in Bellevue. The decor inside is modern and attractive, the patio is wide and covered. The service was excellent, and Manuel did a great job. The food was also very good, from the fresh tortillas made in the spot to the shrimp tacos and cold beer. Ann the chocolate churros! Our definite regular spot.
