This is a sleeper location on the north side of Sioux Falls. It’s newly updated, both in the restaurant and the casino. It’s a small town vibe with a premium feel, and I love it. I enjoyed the walleye tacos and I would order them again and again. Flaky, tender, soft, and not fishy at all. 10/10!

The walleye tacos I ordered were great! The beer on tap is ice cold and the service is on-point! I highly recommend. I took pictures because it’ll be looking different in the next couple days because they’re remodeling the entire place!

My wife and I have gotten carry out from Northstar twice now and have been really impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. We ordered burgers, wraps, and the fish and chips. Portions were generous, the burgers were huge, and all for a really reasonable price. In a world of restaurants that are raising prices and reducing the amount of food you get Northstar isn’t one of them. The staff is also really friendly and quick to acknowledge I’m there for carry out and process my payment. They are quickly becoming our go-to destination for carry out. We live nearby and are really glad we found them. Judging by how full the restaurant is this gem has a following! We highly recommend Northstar!

We were there last Friday and there were so many unique items we wanted to try, we came back today. The food is tasty and comes to the table quickly. They have flavorful steaks and many comfort food items. Their dirty fries make it hard to put your fork down between bites. Look out for the desserts. You will need the help of other tables’ guests to help eat the entire thing, but you won’t want to share. The staff is still getting up to speed. Be patient with them as they get trained. Enjoy reading the menu and finding the eclectic items that make Northstar a fun and satisying place to eat.

The best French fries ever! The Hamburger was excellent with grilled bun. Very clean and attractive place. The waitress was so very nice and service was quick. Very happy with our visit.
