This is my first time ordering from here. I purchased a Taro milk tea with tapioca, it was not what I expected. The flavor was not all that good but drinkable. However the tapioca was horrible. The texture was very gritty and not fresh. I do not recommend.

Had got Sautee chicken little spicy basil mango and got it without any chicken! It was a to-go order but I checked it before leaving the location and so glad I checked. They fixed it for and brought the correct one but it didn’t taste any good! It was just dry, I don’t think they paid attention to spicy level 3 as it says on order and cauliflower was ok. There were just 2 customers and they still messed up. I’ve tried other locations and the quality of food and service definitely lacked here. I don’t think I will be returning.

I had the Thai coconut soup which was delicious and the Saigon salad that left me a little hungry afterwards. Don’t get me wrong the salad is tasty but there are there was only a sprinkling of ingredients. Here’s the ingredients: seasonal herb, pickled carrot & diakon, basil, toasted peanut, cucumber, shallot crunch, chili powder, sweet soy glaze, iceberg lettuce with chili lime vinaigrette. If you check out my pic all of the ingredients were on top, primarily it was peanuts, with some shavings of diakon and 3 strands of carrots and a few of the other ingredients. I recall 4 years ago this salad was larger with ingredients through out, hoping they can bring that level of quality back to their products.

We’ve been here several times and they do mess up orders from time to time/are sometimes inconsistent with quality, but overall it’s usually fine enough and we just roll with it.

Came in for lunch. Place wasn’t too busy so there were plenty of tables and seats.

Manager has been nice every time I visit. They have menu items that can be turned vegan, including fried noodles, and they’re ramen. I like the veggie spring rolls and the firecracker fried cauliflower.

The chicken is literally frozen strip chicken like you’d buy from Costco…

I stopped in a week ago and bought a Taro milk tea with Boba. The Boba was cooked correct. The tea base had a really great flavor and the cost was good. Highly recommend this place! Also it is Locally Owned for those who enjoy supporting these type of businesses.

We have been looking for new places to try locally. So, for our first time at Tin Drum, I tried the Panko Sriracha Sandwich and it was awesome. The right amount of spice, this is one of the best korean fried chicken sandwiches I’ve ever tried. The service was quick, as I called ahead to have a to-go order placed. I was in and out with minimal contact with my food packed and ready to go. Kids loved the Thai Basil Fried rice w/ fried chicken, which never happens. Eager to go back and try the other chicken sandwich on the menu.

Fortune cookie was amazing, food was on point and came out fast. Best food I’ve had in awhile!! Definitely undeserving of their low reviews. Lots of suits eat here, I image that’s the cause of the stuck up reviews.
