I don’t frequent this restaurant much but when I do, I get the rice and chicken wings for my daughter and I purposely go for their general Chao chicken (orange chicken). I gave them 3 stars because this is the first time I’ve been disappointed in the taste and texture of general Chao (orange chicken).

Very good food, beyond fair prices, huge portions, the staff is super nice too, I’ve never been disappointed here it’s one of my and my fiancé’s favorite spots for sure.

I would give 0 if I could. I bought orange chicken here and it looked under cook and gooey. The cashier tried to tell me that was their recipe. I also order pepper steak and there wasn’t any flavor. I wouldn’t recommend this place and definitely will not be returning.

Bad experience at this location. I got a seafood combo from here and had to drive up and wait 10 mins to get my food. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food but when I got home, the fish looked okay from the outside but in the inside it was dry and not very well cooked. The food itself had absolutely no seasoning. Very disappointed!

I loved the idea of drive-thru Chinese, and ordered my favorite, Moo Goo Gai Pan. Boy was I disappointed hoping for a traditional Chinese dish to instead get the salt-free, flavorless version. The white chicken was flavorless as there was little sauce, and was overcooked and dry. Actually difficult to choke down. The vegetables on the other hand were undercooked, think raw celery for a celery dish. It was the second worst Chinese, sadly. This would go well for a health nut who only wants vegetables but doesn’t want a Chinese food taste.

Disgusting beyond words. I ordered wings and a special fry rice; the rice was uncooked hard my kids spit it out immediately. The wings were old tasting, so I brought it back for a full refund, and they told me they couldn’t refund my money only when one paid with cash. Last time EVER buying from here

Fired rice, no flavor, but food is always fresh and hot, but I shouldn’t have to doctor up my lunch every time. I don’t go often, maybe twice a year or something but they have other food item that decent in taste.

The young lady at the counter need a position that doesn’t require interaction with people. She hot the order wrong as well then got an attitude about it. Didn’t even ask to have it fixed after that just left. Terrible customer service. Food wasn’t bas

Best fast food fried catfish around this area. The fillets are thicker than most, however it seems all the restaurants cut the fillets in half lengthwise. You end up with more breading than meat.
