We just happened to be driving through town on our way to Kansas and decided to stop here for lunch. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is nice but there aren’t enough tables to sit by the windows and enjoy the view. The food is good enough but way over-priced. The menu is small and the wait for our food was long.

Amazing experience! My fiancé and I were visiting Lied Lodge for the weekend to consider it for our wedding venue and it was also our 12 year anniversary. We’re huge foodies so good food was make or break for us and WOW is all we can say. Our first night our server was Devon, who checked in frequently, made great suggestions on what we should order and helped create the best experience we’ve had dining out in a long time. We visited for breakfast in the morning, I ordered the chicken fried steak which was super good, the potato hash was delicious (cannot recommend enough) and that night came back for dinner and had a different server Treva, very sweet woman, and Devon was also there, still checking in with us to make sure everything went just as good as when we were one of his tables and it was another outstanding night. The manager seemed to also be working the floor, it didnt seem to be due to staffing as he engaged with guests and seemed to enjoy being in the front of the house, and was very friendly to us.

Came here for Father’s Day dinner. The restaurant got busy at 5:30 and seemed a little under staffed. This caused delays with service and “checking in on the table,” but our server was still friendly, courteous, and apologetic (Devon). The brussel sprouts appetizer, steak knife burger, and the angel hair shrimp pasta where the big hits!

I have no problem giving this restaurant a five star review. The service was splendid. The food was fantastic. The ambience was amazing. How I wish that every restaurant was managed as efficient and clean as this one. The quality of the food was fresh and flavorful. Menu options were more than adequate with many dining choices. It’s nice to have a pleasant dining experience as they are few and far between nowadays. Thank you Timbers for exceeding our expectations!

It is a beautiful venue. I hadn’t been for nearly twenty years, when our kids were still small. Back then, the trees were also on the small side. Now the trees have matured (not sure about our kids) and provide a beautiful entrance and a lot of shaded parking. The food, although very good, is probably not up to the prices charged for it. That being said, I’m also old enough to remember 50¢ hamburgers, so my whole world seems to be a bit off kilter.

Absolutely amazing restaurant! The food and service are without a doubt the best I’ve experienced. Special thanks to Rebecca, who always makes us feel so welcome. She goes out of her way to make our non alcoholic drinks special and crafty. I have eaten here with my husband quite a few times now. We can both say, we have never been disappointed with a dish. The dish’s are appealing not only to the palate but, the eyes as well. They are beautiful crafted. Almost too pretty to eat, we enjoy every morsel. The waitresses are also very attentive and keep the dinning area very clean, neat and tidy. All around amazing experience. Come dine with them and you won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I stayed at the Lied Lodge and ate three meals at Timbers. Service was good. The place was clean with very nice ambience. The food, with the exception of our breakfast potatoes (terribly salty – they did replace them and they were better but still salty), was excellent. The baked Brie and Tiramisu were easily the best I’ve ever enjoyed. I’ll gladly go back.

We ate all three meals there on our anniversary weekend the food was so good and the portions were big you definitely got what you paid for. Beautiful warming atmosphere, the food was hot and served in a timely manor, wait staff was friendly and courteous and helpful. Very nicely dressed work uniforms definitely would return.
