Nice clean restaurant for this national chain. Convient location, just off of 131 and next to a gas station, so you can fill up your vehicle and your stomach in one trip.

Sometimes it’s PERFECT and then sometimes your order is wrong and it’s (often) got half the food in it as it should. I feel like for breakfast burritos especially it used to ya know, be a burrito and now it’s like half as full as it was say a year ago. This is their steak burrito, good taste but dude it makes me not want to go here when I get half of what I pay for. A large iced coffee is real cheap compared to other places.

I was in about a week ago, and I went through the drive thru. I was super impressed with the staff, they moved with a fast pace and sense of urgency to get customers through as quickly as possible yet still maintained the friendliness that sometimes, sadly you just don’t see much of anymore in customer service. They were also super patient with me while helping me figure out a coupon that was coming off that I had clipped in the Tim Hortons App. My bad, it wasn’t working because it was for delivery only. Nonetheless, they were eager to help resolve it. I just need to read the fine print next time.

We really like the food and atmosphere at this facility. We get out of work rather late and like to stop to have a relaxing and good tasting meal before going home. We don’t eat in our vehicle and if we take the food home it’s cold. With your closing the lobby at 6PM makes it inconvenient for us to enjoy your facility. Please keep the lobby open as long as drive up is open.

Unfortunately witnessed employees using touch screen computers before making my bagel sandwich with the same pair of gloves. Employees are prohibited from filling thermoses for some reason. Seems like management needs to spend more time training employees on food safety standards.

The drive thru was speedy but food was not good. First time I’ve ever gotten a bagel WITH cream cheese and they put it on the side without me asking for that. So I had to pull over and make my bagel. Thus knocking all of the salt off in my car and the bagel now cold (it was toasted). There wasn’t even enough cream cheese to lightly cover the bagel. And if you know Tim’s they load them up. I am a religious customer but this location was terrible.

Today I ordered the chicken panni for lunch with chips. Door dash delivered right on time. The sandwhich I ordered was suppose to have onion and tomatoes and received it just with chicken and cheese. It looks gross so needless to say I had just chips for lunch. So this was a waste of 20.00 between cost and delivery. But my door dasher was great!

Ordered a hot mocha coffee. She asked me how to make it!!! They put hot chocolate and coffee together and called it a mocha I ordered a chocolate covered cake donut and I got the sugary fried donut No one knows what they are doing in there

1st visit. Counter lady helped us with 2 coffes right away, but after a few minutes my wife wanted ice cubes to cool her coffee. I went to the counter, no one was there. Then, what I assume was a supervisor came in with a clipboard, turned her back to me, ignored that I called “Excuse me” 4 times then calmly walked to the rear. Another worker came, ignored me and went behind the counter on the east side, ignoring my attempts to get her attention. By then the wife was mad (ya don’t want to mess with the little woman!), she marched up, stuck her head around the counter and asked for ice. The woman told her just a minute while she finished the job she was doing. She then proceeded to get the ice, handed it off to the wife, no smile, no “can I get you anything else” nothing.

Went through the drive thru, I’ve been here multiple times and this time is the reason I will not return. My whole order was messed up. Wrong coffee wrong food etc. they then failed to give me my debit card back since they were so focused on getting the order right but yet it was still wrong even after correction Haiden thought they had handed me my card which was my mistake because I realized when I got home that they have not given me my card back and then said I will be there to pick it up at a certain time and somehow the manager on shift didn’t say that I will be there to pick up my card so a new worker had to drive to the managers house in order for her to unlock the office to give me my card will just not be returning to this location
