I took my mom here for Mother’s Day breakfast on a car trip and I’ve never seen her be so disrespected. The girls that were working there that day were extremely rude! When we asked for the manager to get our order right they laughed at us and walked away and ignored us. Our food was burned, not the typical Tim Hortons quality. I couldn’t believe their level of unprofessionalism. Looked like a bunch of entitled, cocky, teenage girls running this place. They were laughing at the mistakes they made and talking openly to other coworkers about us as customers like us asking for another box was too hard for them and we were just an annoyance to them. We will NEVER be coming to this location again!! Save your money and your gas and don’t come here you’ll be disappointed!! This place should just close their doors, they’re doing nothing good for the community other than showing people what not caring and disrespect looks like.

This is the worst Tim Hortons and it’s ran by kids, they don’t honor rewards and double charged me. They told me to call corporate about the app, and overcharge. Also, they have a pot hole that is so deep it messed up my front tire…Worst customer service ever!

The kids said their donuts were good, but I cannot say the same for my bagel. My pretzel bagel had so much salt it was not edible. I tried to scrape some of it off, but it was still very salty. I paid for cream cheese, and the amount was so sad…so very, very sad. I had to throw it away. To top it off, burnt my mouth with a sip of hot chocolate. The good news is, it is clean, and split with a Coldstone Creamery. The service was quick.

Delicious food but they use well water without a softener (I’m assuming for ice and water). I purchased an amazing tasting unsweetened iced tea but couldn’t drink it without gagging. Every time I put it to my mouth, I would smell strong rotten eggs. Very unfortunate and I feel like I wasted my very valuable money.

Pulled in to the drive through, ordered a medium bold dark roast and medium vanilla iced. Got to the window, was handed a large ice coffee and a small iced coffee. I asked what the second one was assuming the first was correct aside from size, was told it was what I ordered. When I asked AGAIN what it was I was answered a cold iced coffee. It was what I wanted, it was what I ordered. I said no, I wanted a bold dark roast. I was assured I was wrong and that I ordered this iced coffee. The server was arguing with me about my order. I told her to enjoy it and drove off. Terrible service……
