Waited over 10 min for a breakfast sandwich and hash brown. Hash brown tasted microwaved sandwich was good but cold like the hash brown employee was in no rush to bring it to the car. Was late for work having to wait over 10 min.

Today is the day I finally gave up on Tim Hortons I deleted the app and the service was HORRIBLE. I went inside told the cashier I wanted a 2 for $5 farmers wrap the first thing she said it’s 2 for $6. I then showed her my app showing it’s says 2 for $5. She then went another worker ask her about it the app then someone said we out of hash browns.( It’s 10:30am and you guys are out of hash browns). Ok then I ask what do you have for breakfast, cashier stated everything on the menu except for hash browns. I then order a sausage biscuit meal. Then a worker from the side said “we don’t have any biscuits either. I was highly disappointed I left out feeling unsatisfied with the company service. This is not the first time this happen to me in there either. Most of the workers say they don’t no about the apps on the phones say that they haven’t been train to use the apps when customers uses them. The store needs better training with its staff. I will not be coming back anymore. Sorry !!

Went there at 730am yesterday. Everyone always told me tim hortons has better muffins than McDonalds. I asked the lady taking orders what kind of muffins today she proceeds to tell me and i ask about the fruit explosion she twlls me FRUIT than just razberries smh when i was done with my order she goes YUP and than i go to the window all she rung me up was a muffin i wanted all glaze tim bits got a rainbow. I live in flint and work in saginaw and honestly flint girls has more customers support than saginaw lady taking the orders

This Tim hortons was awful to my doordash driver. They gave my doordash driver the wrong order, then when he brought it back they were blaming him. I suggest taking your business to Starbucks on tittabawassee instead!

Absolutely ridiculous. Long wait times for drive thru. My wrap was missing cheese and tomato. My simple iced coffee had black coffee grounds in the bottom with pure sugar. ♀️ Just disgusting. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order. I do not recommend. I will not be back.

Is this place really open? Stopped by today 4/1 around 7 pm. Sign on window says open, sign on door says open till 8. Door is locked. Looking inside, there’s nothing on the shelves and it looks deserted. If it really is open, wish they would update their times.

Absolutely delicious as always. The donuts are always fresh. The sour cream and cream filled are my favorite. The cream filling is so smooth and there’s plenty of it! Not those awful dry donuts with hardly any filling. And I’ll take a mocha ice capp over a Starbucks frapp any day. You just can’t go wrong here. Or at any Tim’s tbh.
