If I could leave a Zero I would. The disrespect in this Tim Horton’s Cannot be topped from the racism to the throwing food at your face because of the religion you choose to follow…. They’re nasty I will never ever walk in there again. Last time I checked we live in a country where freedom of religion is obtained. Staff here at this location is ALWAYS friendly, prompt, and are incredibly well mannered. I’ve been to this location 3-4 times now in the last 3 months and I’ve seen a different face each time but every single one had a smile on their face. Not only are the staff polite, they are patient and let you take your time in making decisions and are helpful when guidance is needed. Food and coffee are always fresh and prepared correctly the first time, everytime!

My family goes here twice a week we are muslims, and we were headscarves the employees have been completely racist, thrown or food at us recorded without our consent even though we haven’t done anything except for order pay and take our food. The most disrespectful staff I’ve ever encountered. My coffee was watered down and I asked politely for a new one and the nasty looking short lady that had a mole with a long piece of hair growing from it and probably dipped inside my coffee stood there and gave me a face and said NO IN A RUDE TONE. I will never step a foot inside this Tim hortons again they pull out their phones unprofessional people Started to record me and laugh the place was filthy as well. If I could put 0 starts I would.. very disrespectful customer service, I’ve been going to this Tim Hourtons for years recently there’s been new staff and have been treating us in way no customer should be treated. The manager is launching food at us and recording us every time we stop there. They are being racist to us because we are Muslims and have a bit of an accent and wear headscarves, that is no way to treat a customer especially a repeating customer. The drive though worker working Saturday 4/8/23 at 2pm was very rude. We kindly asked for a different cup of coffee because it was disgusting. When we received the second cup it was like we inconvenienced her. She rudly shut the drive thru window. Horrible customer service- she is clearly not there for the right reasons. Remember how you treat other people…you get what you put out.
