My doughnut was hard and stale and there was sugar in my coffee and being a diabetic this is not good. The gal was confused about mine and the previous cars order so I’m sure he got the wrong coffee.

The most disappointing grilled cheese and chili I’ve had lately. Had to have them remake the grilled cheese because it somehow ended up open face and melted all over the box in the time it took me to walk from the counter to a table and was utterly inedible. The bread was way thinner than I remembered so after it was squashed in the panini press, it was basically a tortilla thick grilled cheese. A bread quesadilla. The chili was bland.

I grabbed donut holes for the kiddos. They were delicious. We enjoyed tasting them again since they moved from St. Louis.

Sandwiches were on dried out, untoasted bread, almost no lettuce (less than 10 tiny shredded pieces on the whole thing, only 1 tiny tomato slice. Donuts were stale.

I always stop by here for my coffee but today was the ever worst experience that made me not to stop by this branch again. The worst coffee ever after making the oder corrections literally for 5 times.

I used to love Tim Hortons because the coffee is good but I found that I’d rather pay a little more for better service. Seems this location always has new employees that don’t understand the menu and don’t have great greeting skills. Seems like they’re always out of the egg bites also!

Every time I have gone to this Tim Hortons there’s usually a long wait and my coffee is never made right. The customer service is always terrible too. Today will be the last time I go to this place maybe even Tim Hortons in general. I took a few sips of my coffee on my way home and it tasted okay until I felt something hit my lip, I spit the coffee out and took the lid off and could see something floating in it. I instantly pulled over and was sick to my stomach. When I went on to google to call the store to let them know the number on google and their website were no longer in service. When I got home I took a spoon to see what it was floating in there I am assuming it is spoiled creamer but not 100% sure. I am completely disgusted and have contacted corporate.

Great service! It was later in day, they didn’t have the donut I wanted, so they made it. Yum!

My wife called this evening and asked if they had any chocolate donuts left and they said yes, they had multiple kinds of chocolate donuts. She and our 5 year old son got there ten minutes later and asked for any chocolate donut and they were told that they were out. My wife then asked for any kind of donut as our son was very disappointed and they said they were out of all of their donuts. When my wife told them that she had literally just called to confirm if they had anything left, the employee at the window made no reply. At best, this is terrible service but it felt very shady that they suddenly were “out of all donuts” very close to closing time. Really frustrating that our five year old missed out on something that he was excited about because of the employee’s issues
