Service was very fast and friendly but the food was awful! Soggy hash brown and the everything bagel was raw/not toasted and thrown together. The iced coffee wasn’t mixed and all the syrup flavoring was just sitting on the bottom.

It’s tims. They have good coffee. But corporate clearly doesn’t give them the tools necessary to be good. This happens literally every time I get a donut for my son. Not to mention they changed the points system so it now takes 500 more points to get the same thing.

The Sunday Crew at 1:30 on 6/4 was absolutely terrible. I’m not sure if there were any managers working, but this was a terrible experience. We are extremely unhappy and we will not be back and will warn others about this location. Huge waste of money.

Worst Tim hortons there’s only one woman that works there that is actually really nice and gets your orders right. Half of them can’t even get your order right. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich and they just threw one piece of bacon and a half of an egg on it and called it a sandwich. Do better. Go somewhere else.

I am late making this review this incident happened on April 28, 2022, and I am sadden to have to make the review as I patronize Tim Horton’s in different areas and have always had great service. The customer service was good, the problem I experienced was with my order. I order a bacon sandwich on a muffin. I requested a sandwich with no egg, I repeated the request twice because the order taker seemed not to understand NO EGG. As you can see in the photo I received a sandwich with egg, under cooked bacon which I ended up throwing away the entire sandwich, because I got ill looking at it. Thank goodness I am not allergic to eggs.

This place was convenient because it’s right by work, there is almost always something missing or wrong but it’s no big deal. I ordered the simplest thing a plain bagel toasted and cream cheese. You manage to give me a bagel with cheese and jalapeño cream cheese. I just don’t understand what is so hard.

Worst tim hortons ever had bad customer service when I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich the bagel was burnt when I went back inside to let them know one man I pretty sure was the owner or manager was very rude I went in and told them I ordered this and And it’s burnt when I showed him it he said this is burnt I said yes it is the he snatched the bagles from my hand and went on to Change it before he came back with me bagel’s he proceeded to say are you kidding me and i replied with yes it is burnt I’m not eating that he came back around and gave them to me also when we went to the window when we first ordered we said did you get the chocolate milk when another man looked my mom up and down and gave us a dirty look.never coming back again.

I love Tim Hortons a lot BUT! I could not wait for the return of icecaps which were amazing. Lately the icecaps have the worse taste. A few months back I could have a Canadian type of icecap. Now, it has a horrible taste. Nothing like the way it was. It’s coffee poured on ice and mixed. No flavor no caramel or vanilla taste. It’s plain. Is it because is the Justin Bieber recipe? If yes, please bring back the Tim Hortons icecap
