Wow this was the worst visit we’ve ever had at Tim Hortons. You should definitely reconsider who you have staffed. Even in today’s times, this was beyond terrible service. No napkins, no bag for the food, individual wrappers handed out to us. They told us they couldn’t do wraps as they were cleaning the machine at 7:00 and they are open until 10 and when we got to the window they said they are out of sandwich buns. Ordered 2 soups and only gave us one. We were very kind from the beginning, just making an order and they rudely said to us at the window that you didn’t tell us and that we had to pay. For the record it was cold. Didn’t give us a receipt and only gave us very dirty looks.

Recent visits (I’d say my last 2 or 3) staff in the drive thru is RUDE. The person at the window didn’t even speak to me, just stuck her hand out for my card. SHOOK the coffee cup at me to take it when I had the nerve to put my wallet away, and then rolled her eyes when I asked for napkins. Seriously, even a “hi” would have gone a long way but I guess she had more important things to do.

Two bites in on my breakfast wrap, that was all tortilla, I open it to see one undercooked piece of bacon and half an egg. Excellent deal for almost $3. Shame so many businesses are going downhill so rapidly.

DO NOT GO HERE! The man working there is rude and abusive. Do not go here. Find another nearby location. I will not go back as I witnessed him yelling at the top of his lungs at a mother and her two teenage boys. He also yelled at the other employees. I just wanted a coffee and sandwich but what I got was shock and an earful of abusive behavior.
