I’m loyal to Tim’s & this one is the closest to where I live. Up until a month ago, I would’ve rated this place higher but lately they can’t get my order right & it’s the same order every time I go there. I prefer using the drive through so i don’t find out about the mess up until I get home. I believe they’ve gotten it right a total of 2 times theses past weeks. I may have to start driving further to the other locations because who knows when the situation will be remedied?

Stopped in for a quick breakfast before getting on the road. Gave us 4 sweet cream filled instead of 4 Boston Cream so had to wait in long drive through line again to get it corrected because inside is not open. All the donuts tasted greasy not freshly made. Had minimal icing on the chocolate dipped. My daughter said hers tasted like chemicals and wouldn’t finish it. Custard filling did not taste normal. We eat Tim Hortons (other locations) all the time and have never had such poor quality donuts.

Stopped in since this location was convenient to I94. Line was long so I figured it was popular but it was because of slow service. I had to repeat my order several times and when I got to the window the young man had an air pod in his ear. Girl handed me a bag and I had to ask for the coffee that came with the combo. Just passing through so it won’t be a regular stop for me.

Please take pride in your company! I totally love Tim Hortons, but this location needs work. Trash around building, grass needs cutting, weeds need pulling, some landscaping would be great. All the glass is filthy in and out. Maybe you could put some tables and umbrella’s outside, like there used to be. Workers were very nice. Thank you.

Horrible sanitation and cleanliness issues. Cob webs, crumbs and spider eggs can’t exist if you have a regular cleaning regimen. Absolutely inexcusable to have seating with all this within inches of your head. Do better Tim Horton franchiser if you want to retain customers.

Instead of the 20 pack of timbits I ordered, I received 15 Timbits and one with a bite already taken out. I asked for no blueberry and that was also messed up. I have called the store multiple times and I have gotten no answer. I will be returning for a replacement, and then I will not be returning again. The worst food experience I have had in a while. The line was long, the service was a hot mess, and so was my order.

I ordered a large iced cappuccino and a Boston creme at around 2pm on Thursday. What I received however was a stale Boston creme and the iced cappuccino was made with milk/cream that was going bad. Never have I had such poor quality from a Tim Hortons. I did try to call to see about either a refund or replacement however no one would answer the phone.

I ordered two donuts and the person waiting on me use the gloved hand to work the cash register and then pick out my donuts for me, and before cashing me out, coughed into his gloved hand. I paid for the donuts and toss them in the trashcan. On my way out. Some workers think the gloves are to protect them when they are there to protect the customer. I will not be returning to the store.

The timbits are something to behold. They were made fresh and the employees were great at recommending a coffee to try since I haven’t been there before. If you like stronger coffee beverages that taste like coffee then I wouldn’t recommend any of the flavoured drinks.

As a person who likes Tim Hortons, I remember how excited I was when I learned they were building a location closer to my house a few years back. However, this location is definitely not open during their stated hours, and it doesn’t seem like they open the actual store, so it’s drive-thru only. I get that there’s probably a staff shortage, but is it that difficult to post a sign saying drive-thru only or closed when they’re not open during posted hours? I seriously tried stopping by today after work before 6pm. They were closed, I guess, but there was no sign saying this and the drive-thru signs looked normal. I don’t know how profitable this location can be when they keep turning off would-be customers. I’m probably going to write this location off completely now, since today was just another instance in a string of disappointments for this location.
