Drive thru is usually pretty quick and the staff are overall pretty friendly. Not too much to complain about. This is my go to location.

Short on staff, after 5 minutes at the order panel, pulled to window to wait another few minutes before someone comes to the window and says machine cleaning needs 30 more minutes and that was 4 pm . 4 hours before their closing time.

Went thru the drive thru this morning, had a simple meal request, the gentleman working the drive thru was so rude, had an attitude for no reason, didn’t even make one of my coffees correct. This is the last time I go there!

This is 2nd time I have ordered chili to eat on my lunch break open it to heat it and is almost a inch from fill line, this happens with my coffee a lot also. I have taken pictures went up there show them and all I get is I will let them know. Could at least give me a discount on another coffee. It is 940 i call to let the. Know about and they don’t answer and I called 3 times. So guess they don’t need my business so will go to a tim hortons that care about their customers!! Got my order wrong after her asking me twice if I wanted sausage or bacon. Coffee was hardly warm. Line is usually long and slow. This particular morning no cars in line and it was still extremely slow.. I’ll take my money else where. The quality is just not the same at any Tim Hortons anymore..

The staff is almost always very friendly. However, they are ALWAYS out of things. Recently they could only serve hot drinks and doughnuts. Today they could serve 2 items from their lunch money. Other locations never seem to be out of things the way this Tim’s is.
