I have gone to this Tim Hortons a few times for sure. They have made a simple xl French vanilla latte instead of my cappuccino a few times, I have experiences many times here already. I had to literally go 4 miles out of my pjs and into my clothes and go up there and I brought the other drink up and they did give me a replacement and of course it was not full. Talked to Natile who said she is the manager, had absolutely no remorse for their mistake and was a very cold person in general. I asked for another drink to compensate for the drive all the way back up there and she flat out said I can’t do that! How horrible to run a business that way. I asked for the owners name and she said Brian. I have tried calling this establishment before many times because of mistakes they make. Called Tim Hortons 1-800 line and filed a complaint over two weeks ago twice! No response! Called again today and I don’t suspect I will hear back from this call either. I will never go back to Tim Hortons if this is the way they handle their business!

Waited in line for 10 minutes at 10:15 this morning. Finally got up to the speaker and the worker instantly says “One second please” in a VERY rude tone, before we even spoke. Then the same lady comes back on, says “I’m ready, go ahead.” We start giving her our order then she interrupts, again, in a very rude tone, “ we aren’t serving food. Just drinks and some doughnuts.” Every time we have came here it’s unorganized, rude workers, and some kind of issue. This place needs serious help with its management.

Been going to this Tim Hortons for over 5 years, and the service has definitely gone down hill. They use to open around 4:30am and 5am, and had the best staff ever. Guess I’ll make my own coffee at home now.

This location is a big mystery they have weird hours one day they are consistent with hours next day maybe nobody is there at same time you went yesterday ….I don’t believe they have fountain pop only bottles and not very fast service

The place is okay, No restroom over here, how you guys can have food and don’t have Any place to wash your hands before you eat. The cashier on the gas station say they going to McDonald’s.

They had a great general manager That was bringing the store up her babys got sick and dave fired her He acted like he understood in text messagesd but in her face it was a different story You should have kept Crystal as the general manager your store would be running way better by now

The service has really gone uphill lately since they’ve hired people. Good food and coffee as ever! Their latte deal in the afternoon is epic

Always closed or late opening defiantly close early. No dine in 90% of time. You can be the only one in line and still take 10 minutes to order and 25 minutes to get just coffee. Never any expresso .

I’ve been going to this Tim Hortons for over 5 years. These past couple months has been a complete awful experience. The new workers are rude and don’t even greet you. They’re not professional at all. Multiple times they’ve messed up my order and didn’t give me the right change back. I always go there in the morning before work, the past few weeks it’s been a 15 minute wait every time. I understand that it is short staffed at the moment, but this evening I went for lunch. I sat there at the speaker to order for 5 mins, I said “hello, excuse me” at least 5 times. I know they heard me because I’ve worked at Tim Hortons for my first job. So after I didn’t get a response I pull up to the window and it says they close at 3:30. I pulled up to the window at 3:21, and they seen me and I waved to talk to them and they completely ignored me. This is an awful group of workers right now. Besides one person, and that is a new lady that works in the morning at the register drive through. I think they should reconsider the employees they have right now. If you look at the reviews on Yelp, these past few months have been nothing but disappointment, and staff that is immature. Do better.
