Unfortunately their cold brew is anything but that, it is regular coffee ,decaf or even dark brew coffee refrigerated from what was is left from the previous day but in the walk in to keep cool. Their cool brew topping is a joke. Let’s not over do it and ad flavor. Rude staff terrible products

I get coffee from this location almost every day on my way to work. Today I stopped to get my daily coffee and I ordered a small 1n1. As I was pulling out the drive thru I took a sip and there was to much cream which was not a big deal mistakes happen. I went back to the window and another employee helped me out while the one who served me came to the window and called me picky and told me I wasn’t going to die if I had to much cream. I stopped at the Tim Hortons in Taylor on Eureka Rd. They were doing a major cleaning the place looked fantastic as I watched one employee stood out as a very dedicated,hard,and thorough worker her name is Brittney B. Tim Hortons keep her she makes your store look outstanding. The staff at this store are very helpful friendly and thorough the place is spotless the food is great I’ll be back I highly recommend this Tim Hortons.

This location has got to be one of the consistent worst service locations ever. I am constantly disappointed and it never gets any better. There ice capps taste horrible like they switched a main ingredient to a cheaper substitute. Just when I think yall cant get any worse there was a large eggshell in my breakfast sandwich. It was gross and I don’t understand how nobody saw this.The people working people inside NEVER wear masks or gloves. So everything is being cross contaminated. Just shut this place down all hope it lost.
