I love this Tim’s, normally everything is good. But twice I ordered a breakfast wrap and there’s been egg shell pieces in it. First time was just a small bit in one bite. The second time it was inedible. This has been the only issue I’ve ever had here, makes me sad to even post this.

They have had the help wanted sign in the windows for 2 years because they discriminate. I was hired to work Wednesday nights, slow customer activity. One night I was asked my age and never received a schedule again. I worked with one other girl and she ask me my age, she told me she was 32 and finds this job hard to do sometimes, I told her I’m 68, need the income and could keep up with her, young people don’t work hard, I couldn’t stand the filthy conditions so I would clean everything I could on the down time and that wasn’t good enough, I would get $5 tips because I took 3 extra seconds to ask them how their day was going, you’re allowed 11 seconds per customer in drive thru and 15 seconds for the lobby, girls take days off at the last minute, come in very late, don’t clean up, lie to customers they’re out of food and I got fired for being slow. I had to post a star in order to post otherwise there would not be one!!!

This store with a 3.7 is ridiculous. The place is clean and the staff efficient. Tim’s are generally pretty well run stores and this is no exception. Additionally I have been here at least 100 times so my experience is not some random one off. the 3.7 for this place is a crazy low score

Food was good but the service is horrible, when you pull up to the window you don’t get a hello, thank you or anything else. She took my money handed me my stuff and didn’t say anything to me because she was to busy talking about facebook to another employee to acknowledge the customer. You don’t have to have a conversation with the customer but is it that hard to say hi or thank you. Just rude for an establishment. Won’t be returning.

This morning after I have to wait 33 minutes to get coffee and Oreos iced cup , they gave me iced mocha coffee , I still take it because I don’t want to set and argue with them , but my Suggestion is : this place needs a new Management to run the place how it should be like other Tim Hortons or it will be out of business very soon , every time I go I have to wait in line at least 20 minutes because of short stuff and only one or two people who work inside , a lot of Customers leave because of the long waiting time , also they are closed inside for same reason ( short stuff ) . I really hope they hired new management to run this place better way .

Service was good but I got food poisoning and am still suffering from it as I write this 12h later. I got an iced cap, hadn’t eaten or drunk anything else 24h prior to drinking, so it must be from that. Unfortunate because I wanted to like. Potentially using bad water or something…
