Consistently burnt coffee not made correctly. Today my coffee had curdled creamer in it. I had to throw the whole thing away. Workers standing around socializing at the window instead of getting orders right or making fresh coffee. This is the closest to my house, but I will not be returning since they get my order wrong 70-80% of the time. Never have this problem at any other Tim Hortons. Already called corporate twice.

The staff at this Tim Hortons location is generally nice, but there’s one guy who appears to be from Europe, specifically German. Whenever I try to order with my friend, he prioritizes other customers and makes me pay more than expected for my drink. It’s a consistent bad experience whenever he’s working, and he seems indifferent when serving younger customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place for kids under 15. I hope Tim Hortons can address this issue and improve the service.

I go visit a friend of mine who lives around the corner from there and I buy him two to four coffees a week and a box of donuts or two a week and take to him I was here the other day and the guy gave me two hot coffees andI didn’t have nowhere to put them an empty pop can ask him would he please throw it away he said no I can’t do that can’t you see there’s a garbage can across the road no more Horton’s coffee or doughnuts for me or my friend I guess that was rude

Coffee is always way to hot to drink, takes an hour for it to cool down, half the time feels like no sugar is added into coffee. Other stores coffee is never scalding hot like this store is. Workers are friendly though.

Went there on the Sunday to pick up my order they had the lobby clothes they were busy and I had to wait when I easily could have just went inside and picked it up but they had the whole lottery close I tried to ask him about it and they were extremely rude never again
