Chicken Nugget Queen
The cooks don’t wear hairnets, which is downright violating the health codes. There was an old white woman who provided absolutely horrendous service, and I recommend she be berated or fired for her disregard towards customers. And it’s not just her attitude towards me, but her attitude to multiple customers is what appealed me.

NEVER ever can get the coffee right even tho it’s a coffee on the menu. The Nasty attitudes we have gotten in the drive thru is enough to NEVER want to spend a nickel of our money there but I decided to go during the day. I still can’t get the coffee I paid for Right. Every single thing about coffee should be known by every single employee and owner here. It’s not even a difficult coffee to make. So While the coffees were wrong today, I’ll Never stop in again. I stopped at this Tim Hortons on my way to pick my sister up from the airport. Not only were they super slow, but when I got to the window she didn’t confirm my order and then overcharged me. Once I said it wasn’t my order, she then refunded my card for the wrong order and RECHARGED me for my order. Which might I add, was $3. Terrible customer service. I worked for Tim Hortons for 3 years, and that was just not how that should have been handled.

Received my order after having to place it twice cause the first dasher had taken it & not dropped it off, second one had a cockroach in it, gave me a heart attack cause it tasted like chemicals & I thought it was plastic.
