The location In South State Street in the morning have a great team, however at lunch time, is a different situation. The read head in the drive through window can even smile, not a good morning, I think she is been forced to have a job and her attitude show how poor customer service she is willing to provide. When I order the lunch option in a meal, the guy how took my order hassotate if he could do the specific sandwichI order, and then he said he could do it, really weird, after that the cashier(red head) just told me the total she didn’t even review my order and whn I told her I order a meal, she told me they just put the sandwich not a meal. At that point I ask for my receipt what she didn’t offer either. I’m not a customer who come every day but 2 to 3 times a month I buy donuts and coffee for my hotel, and pick this establishment over other because the morning crew is great and service and product is great. But I will be looking for other options for the future.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit in the drive thru. I get to work on this is what I have. I can’t handle sausage. And I can’t go back. If only speedway across the street had had power I would have the right sandwich and for cheaper.

Dined in on a Saturday morning. Not busy at all. Very well staffed and moderately clean. Staff was polite and friendly. My breakfast sandwich was good and prepared quickly. Drive through line looked pretty long, however.

Got stuck in the drive thru for over 30 minutes which made me late to work as you cant leave the line once youre in. When I got up to pay, without prompt they were just immediately rude as if my presence was a inconvenience. Like I just wasted all that time in line to be sneered at? I just wanted my coffee within a reasonable amount of time.

Whoever the guy working the drive thru on Tuesday Aug 29th when the fridges were broken from the power outages, thank you for making me the best pumpkin spice latte. I wasn’t able to get my normal lunch but I ordered a medium PSL and he gave me a large and at a discount. I wasn’t expecting it but that made my whole day.

This Tim Hortons Location has officially ended my patronizing any Tim Hortons restaurant. I have experienced one to many bad experiences at different locations to continue to spend my money. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE #1 issue. This must be the culture post Pandemic of thus company. There were 3 to 4 employees I could visibly see in the store yet the dining room is closed and I cannot think of valid reason why especially if tge drive thru line isn’t wrapped around the building. Don’t know what Tim Hortons pays employees but Starbucks must do better as their lobby is always open and provide a hospitable atmosphere for paying customers

Tim Hortons is one of those places for me that’s like a guilty pleasure. I don’t have them where I am from, so when we travel I stop as much as I can. This location really soured us on Timmy’s for a few days. Menu items were unavailable. Service was fairly inept. I was not given a straw for my coffee. I waited at the pickup location for a few minutes to ask for one while the kid from the front counter looked at me and continued to fill and pour ice buckets. Other guests came in and were not noticed so I finally yelled to the back to get my straw and bring attention to them. We were very disappointed with this location.

We pulled up to the drive through and assumed it was open because the drive through menus were on and according to their Google hours, they were open. However, after sitting at the drive through speaker for about 5 minutes (after the pre-recorded “we’ll be with you shortly” message) we pulled up to the first window and no one was present. Very disappointed that there was no indication that the location was closed and that we had to make that determination ourselves.
