I came here around 9 am for muffins and a mocha. They welcomed me to the store and took my order right away. Muffins were handed to me the minute I paid and the mocha got done a minute later. Seating was clean from food crumbs and the floor was spotless. I got fresh explosion and chocolate chip muffins tasted fresh and total for two muffins was $3.98. Mocha was incredible. I’ll come to this Tim Hortons in Troy from now on.

Don’t like to write bad reviews, but the drive thru attendant seemed spaced out, asking the same question repeatedly. I was the first car in line and only got a regular order (egg & sausage bagel, iced coffee) and was asked to pull into a parking spot after waiting at the window for about a minute. In the parking spot I waited 5 minutes before pulling out without getting my food so I wasn’t late to the event I was attending.

I am a regular here at this location and usually order my food in the afternoon I would like to congratulate the store manager and the team this store looks clean and organized the coffee taste fresh every time I usually come through the drive thru ordered a turkey bacon club the young man in the button up shirt who usually I see most of the week in the afternoon ask me how I’m doing and makes sure everything on my order is right when I come in the morning they are busy but everyone is working together and helping customers with smiling faces despite how busy they usually are I never have had a bad experience here so I would once again like to congratulate the whole team and the store manager for doing such a wonderful job improving this location from what it used to be

This Tim Horton’s was very dirty, the staff were all in the back and I had to call out to get anyone’s attention. Worst they were out of all doughnuts and Timbits. They also said they couldn’t make sandwiches and only had coffee, this was in the middle of the day and not at an off time.

When I say this is the best Tim Hortons in Troy, I mean it. This location had really nice fresh treats, the place was very clean, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Amelia, Devin, and Jeremy who were the amazing staff from above. I will definitely go to this location again!

The best tim hortons I’ve ever been to! I go through the drive thru some days before work, and every time I do, it is a positive experience. Great customer service. I am always greeted with a smile and the food is always fresh and there is usually no wait time! Couldn’t recommend enough.
