I ordered through uber eats just a few mintues ago. First I ordered broccoli cheese soup, but got chicken noodles instead. Through the app, I did make a complaint about the soup. Thinking the sandwich was fine I took one bite, then opened it the lettuce looks disgusting, edges of bread are burnt black. I’m so mad I wasted my money. I’m a busy special needs mom, I wanted to treat myself to lunch. Now, I’m more hungry and have no time. This was disappointing. I’m not mad at Tim Horton as a whole, just this location!!!!! I’ll never order from here again. To think, I was going to spend money on a mega order to suprise my son’s kindergarten class. I’ll go to dunkin, thank you

I mobile order everything, and give plenty of time before arriving. I walk in and they make everything from that moment. They always, ALWAYS, mess up my drink by never adding my extra shot of espresso. Service is poor. Genuinely wouldn’t recommend if you’re in a rush or want your order right the first time.

There was this lovely woman that worked there named Tanya that made my experience the greatest I’ve ever had! Made a quick stop for treats for our grandkids. Doughnut selection (including signature Tim Bits) was very limited. They got our order wrong the first time, and the baked goods seemed a bit stale when we got home. Not a terrible experience, but probably won’t go back.
