I feel like I just wasted six dollars. I ordered a bagel double toasted and when I asked the lady if it was double toasted she said no. It’s called customer satisfaction. I have worked at a Tim Horton in high school in my past. I would make sure that the customer was satisfied with their meal how they ordered it. I get it you have to watch your times but again please make people’s orders correctly not hard.

Horrible service, no greeting, cashier hardly spoke but to give attitude, then just put my items on the step-up counter and didn’t say anything still. I did however, still leave a tip in their tip jar. Then I tasted my ice coffee and almost spit it out. Yuck! Husband’s coffee was also horrible. Tasted like burnt old coffee. Mind you it was around 6pm but still not an excuse.

Great place to grab coffee early in the morning. The place is clean, the beverages, meals, and staff are great. This location is also adjacent to a Wendy’s but it doesn’t open at the same time as Tim Hortons.

Bagels are always burnt. Worker eating where food is made. I seen gnats in the bakery section. The service is subpar, no friendly greetings whatsoever. The restrooms are always disgusting. When I ask for them to be cleaned they say it’s not their responsibility, tell Wendy’s. How is it not your responsibility and it’s your building?

Love the people who work here….but they do not maintenance their machines…..half …..the time my coffee tastes like water! I should not have to have them make it 3 times before its correct!

Got a chipotle chicken wrap and it was just disgusting. Maybe 1 drop of chipotle sauce at the very end and chicken looked raw. Can’t drive by a tim hortons now without feeling queezy. Plus the employees clearly despise customers. Just an awful place.

I just bought this coffee from the Tim hortons on hall road and north ave The milk was all curdled up did not go there they are serving spoiled milk in your coffee.

HORRIBLE. The food is either undercooked or overcooked, there’s no in-between. Used to be a great location and now they’re just terrible. 0/10 do NOT recommend.
